        DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They will do everything to scam you out of your security deposit. They will create lie after lie. They are unprofessional. Their maintenance worker is rude, lazy, and SLOW!!!! It took forever to get ANYTHING fixed or looked at. They scammed us out of our security deposit and charged for "regular maintenance" of the house. Do yourself a favor and find another place to rent.

        Overall

        We took care of our rental and got all of our deposit back. Daryl, the maintenance manager, was very professional and would return service calls within 24 hours and would make an effort to be out the next day to address any maintenance issues. I had no problems with any of the staff, and would rent from them again.
