Spa Nail & Tanning

I had a pedicure and acrylic tips done and I'm left with uneven fingernails and cuts all around the bed of my fingernails. My pedicure was wonderful and would consider going back just for the pedicure but I will NEVER have tips put on from there again. Bad thing about it is it was the "manager" that did such a horrible job. The nails are uneven and one of my thumb nails is way shorter than all the rest and one side of it is rounded and the other side square. I called to let them know I was unhappy and the first time I was told the "boss" was out and would return my call. I did not receive a call back so I called again and asked for a manager or owner when I was told I was speaking to the manager she remembered who I was and wasn't exactly happy with me for calling to complain. I asked for the owner and was told they are on vacation. She denied cutting me and said the nails were done just fine. I told her I have cuts on 7 of my fingers...the other 3 fingers are sore. I told her I would be more than happy to come in and let her see what she had done and she offered to "fix" them. Not sure how she plans on fixing my bleeding fingers. I will not be going back in as I would like to keep some of my fingers uncut. I do not recommend getting acrylic tips done by the "manager". As I said before my pedicure was probably one of the best I have ever had and would recommend it. I will be calling back in the next couple of days to speak to the owner because I'm sure the manager will not be reporting my complaint to them. I will pay a little more next time and get my nails done by someone who knows what they are doing.
