Sold me a PS3 repair 7 months ago. Said repair included 1 yr warranty. I brought in about 6 times and has never worked. I dont live close so it sits a month each time till I have time to drive to store. Now they say warranty was only six months and only two addl repairs. Won't fix and won't refund.
Quick Fix did a great job of fixing my cracked iPhone screen for an amazing price. It took about 30 minutes and it's right next to a nail salon, sandwich place, and Starbucks so you can run other errands or grab a snack while you wait. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. They also do warranties on what they fix.
Bait-and-Switch! Be aware!!
In a nutshell, I took a working S4 with very limited amount of scratches. They said during the process, the internal LCD had an issue and suddenly, it's $100 more than it was before. No call to tell us beforehand this would happen (on the contrary, after looking at my phone the rep assured me there' was a 'very unlikely' chance anything else would have to be done). No way to fix it. No way to reverse what they had done.
The phone rep called me long after the estimated repair time (fifteen minutes before their closing time) to let me know what happened and mainly that it wasn't his issue that I'm suddenly faced with a big decision of an extra hundred (I was asking him options about trade-in, as the final $200 cost to regain my phone wasn't worth it) - he said sometimes it was "random." I can understand that they may not know that my phone will need a previously-working new LCD set when I come in, but would have appreciated their honesty in the beginning. Too bad there is a misrepresentation clause on the contract, likely has more weight than the owner's authorization part.
We were on our way during the phone call to pick up our phone (essential as I was leaving town the next evening). Despite saying initially that they'd wrap it up quickly, we heard "Are you close??" and insisted we'd be there right away. After being starred at for a short while while the associates were laughing amongst each other, they finally opened the locked door for us.
The same gentleman on the phone asked pickup, to which we responded that we were actually trading in a pickup. He asked again, pickup, saying he didn't know who we were. We *just* spoke to him - who else with an accent, that just called about their phone and said we'd be there to pick it up and trade in - giving the same description - would be there? After giving the name and number again, he apologized and said he had too many numbers in his head at the moment and had to be reminded to provide us with the SIM and SD card.
We had read good reviews and were surprised by other bitter customers leaving when we first stopped in. It all kind of makes sense now. Again, I understand that sometimes, a working phone with scratches sometimes requires - to put it in the rep's words - "random" situations. But writing "$100" on our pre-service ticket, suggesting it's very unlikely we will have to worry about the $200, and putting to rest us looking for other options is maybe not the best way to show you're an honest company. Laughing and taking your sweet time to open a door to waiting customers (we weren't the only ones) who would have loved to come more than two minutes before closing after receiving a late call didn't help either.
I'll pay a little more for better service and better quality should I need it next time. Or, more likely, a little less.
Not sure what the previous person is talking about, I've had repairs done with just about every repair company in OKC (i'm really bad with electronics lol). This company will go above and beyond for their clients! Electronics are tricky & might not always work right, but they will go out of their way to make it right and provide a good solution to your problems. They are also very good with communicating and providing updates! I highly recommend QuickFix! :)
Excellent service!! Staff was extremely friendly, service was great, and repair price was the lowest of all places that I researched!! Tell all your friends, that if they need cell phone repair, DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Phone was fixed in about 15 minutes!
QUICKFIX IS THE BEST! I've taken my iPhone to several repair shops around the OKC Metro. QuickFix is by far the best in town! This company has the most affordable pricing and their level of knowledge exceeds any other electronics repair store I've ever been too BY FAR! This a very trustworthy business.
The staff is extremely helpful and the technicians are very friendly. They do a great job of making everything fun and educating us about our gadgets. Mos repairs are done the same day, but they do a great job of communicating and providing me with updates when I do have to leave my devices there.The store is very attractive, clean, and the music rocks! Plus they are centrally located off NW 36th & May, just 5 minutes away from Penn Square Mall and other OKC mainstays.
They have also fixed my sons XBOX and my wife's laptop, it is much nicer to go somewhere that does everything and that you can trust!
I shattered my iPhone screen and called around for prices and they seemed to have the best price. Well I got my phone fixed it looks as good as new but when I started to go through my phone, all my pictures are gone. I immediately called and told them about it and they said "what we do doesn't mess with the software so its not something we did." Well when I went to the store with a cracked phone, I had all my pictures, came out with a new screen and had zero pictures so yes it is something you did. As a company you should take blame and say 'I'm sorry please bring it back in let me see if we can help you fix this' something because they made it sound like it was my fault. Not only are my pictures not there, my phone does not work the same. I also had them put a shield on my phone (the plastic cover to cover your screen) and it had tons of bubbles which I thought would eventually go away well after a few hours it looked horrible so i took it off and found water underneath the shield, enough said. It would have been better for me to just get a new phone instead of dealing with all this. I wouldn't suggest this place unless you want to lose all your data.

Awesome! My PS3 got the YLOD (yellow light of death). I tried to fix it myself but made it worse, NO power at all. They fixed the motherboard problem I caused, the YLOD problem, and was able to save ALL of my hard drive data! Free diagnostic, 24 hour turn around, and a 6 month warranty.
