If you're thinking of selling your clothes here for some extra money, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I tried to sell a brand new pair of 7 For All Mankind jeans with tags still on them(original price $348), along with a few other items that were brand new with tags and a few very lightly used clothes.

They offered me $20 for EVERYTHING! The girl behind the counter said the brand new 7 For All Mankind jeans would give me $5....$5.00 for a brand new pair of designer jeans with an original price of $348.

On top of this outrageous and unacceptable offer, the girl was completely rude once I told her I wasn't going to make that deal with her and I would just take my stuff back.

She threw my shorts on the counter(which were folded neatly) and just ignored me as if I wasn't there while I struggled to get all of my scattered and unfolded things out of the box. There was also a piece of sticky trash in the box that stuck on my clothes. She didn't bother to try refolding my clothes, offer to help me with my things, or even say thank you, sorry or have a good day.

I'm a very kind and understanding person but the price offered was outrageous and the staff being rude just because you don't want to accept their degrading offer is disgusting. People try to sell their clothes in times of need. There is no reason to be disrespectful and snooty to customers. I will NEVER step foot in this store EVER again to sell or buy clothes.

If I could have, I would have rated this store with 0 stars. I hope this review will save someone the frustration of dealing with this horrible establishment.
