Customer service was great when I called to get pricing and set up an appointment. The day they were supposed to come out it was scheduled for the morning. At 1pm I called to see why they had not shown up. I was told that they were a person short so I said for them to come out the next morning. I was told that I would be the first appointment. When they had not shown up at 9:30 am I was told that they went to another appointment first. At 11 am when I called I was told the same thing again. I canceled the appointment and went with someone else. I never received a call from the owner. Wouild NOT recommend.

The customer service was the absolute best I have seen in the auto industry. From the phone call of price checking to the guys who came out and replaced the glass I could not have been more pleased w/ the service the company gave. ABSOLUTELY the best to deal with.
