Pawfecto Pet Salon
Pawfecto Pet Salon, LLC
I have two miniature black poodles and have taken them to Pawfecto for about six years. Very happy with their work. My dogs always show great enthusiasm when going which tells me they are treated well. I suppose each client's experience is unique, but I can say that I have never experienced any rude or unprofessional service from the staff.
I took my dog Wiki to Pawfecto for 5+ years. I was always so happy with the service and
attention I received from his groomer and the entire staff. When I would change his cut to longer or shorter they always did such a wonderful job! When wiki passed away in a horrible accident involving another dog, they entire staff sent a signed card of sympathy. I continue to take my other dog to their salon.
I had been a client for a long time and never had an issue. As time went on issues starting arising. When the person that groomed my dogs left there I did to. Well tried to go back there with 3 dogs, two of which had been there, 1 of them since birth. I called and set an appointment for 4/9 with no issues, and then I get a call from the Owner, Shannon, in which she stated that she did not want to groom my dogs and had no interest in grooming my dogs or my business. She was not very pleasant about it either. Very unprofessional from the owner and I would never recommend anyone there again.
I just moved to OKC and need a good groomer desperately! I called Pawfecto because they are close and right by where I get my groceries. When I originally called they said they were booked out a week or so, which sucked, and they were kind of short with me. I scheduled anyway, just thinking if they are booked out that far they must be good! Wrong. I got there and it was so dirty looking!! Then while I was trying to give instructions they were snatching Bella up and running her to the back and rushing me while I was talking. Very rude I thought. Anyway, I got her back hours upon hours later, which if they did a good job I don't mind waiting, there was still hair blocking her eyes and her hair was so uneven! I could have done a way better job. I asked if they could fix her a little and they said on a different day that they were to busy. Needless to say I did NOT go get her fixed. THEY WERE AWFUL!!! Anyone have any suggestions?!? I need a place where we are both comfortable around rockwell/hefner area!! Please help!

Usually when I write a review for something, it's because I didn't like it. Not the case here!!! I am SO HAPPY with the work the Pawfecto team has done on our black cocker spaniel, Carson. His haircut is always show-perfect (even though he's not a show dog!), he smells great, and whatever product they use on his coat makes it so shiny and gorgeous. He's always excited to go there. They also do a great job when I take my 2 shorter-haired -- but higher-shedding-- dogs there. They come back with no loose hairs and their shedding is greatly decreased since we've been going to Pawfecto. These two dogs are VERY unruly for baths when I try to wash them at home, but the ladies at Pawfecto are experts at calming them and they have a great time there. This salon is hard to see from the road as it is in the middle of a shopping center, but it's well worth the effort in finding it because these folks are really top-notch.

I returned to Okla. City three years ago with two dogs and was in need of a good groomer. I made numerous phone calls and when they found that I had an Akita mix they refused or wanted $150 to groom her. One salon did agree to take them. The Akita looked fine but I was not happy with the Schnauzer's cut and it cost almost double what I paid in Las Vegas. It was my lucky day when I called Pawfecto. Shannon, Naomi and the girls are warm & friendly. Because my work schedule changes weekly they are always willing to work around my schedule. My dogs love them and so do I. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
