AS HARD AS THE EMPLOYEES WORK FOR THIS COMPANY YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TAKE BETTER CARE OF THEM. WORKING CONDITIONS HAVE DETERIORATED TO A POINT OF BEING UNBEARABLE. THE VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS IN OKLAHOMA HAS DECIDED HE CAN CHANGE THE TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT PEOPLE ARE HIRED UNDER WHENEVER THE WHIM HITS HIM
FORCING EMPLOYEES TO QUIT. HE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO TELL THE EMPLOYEES HIMSELF. INSTEAD HE CHOOSES TO BE CONVENIENTLY OUT OF THE OFFICE WHEN HIS NEW POLICIES ARE INFORCED. IT IS VERY EVIDENT THAT PATTERSON WOULD RATHER TAKE A HUGE RISK ON SAFETY ISSUES USING INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE, THAN TO TAKE A GOOD LONG LOOK AT WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE WOODWARD OKLAHOMA OFFICE. I PERSONALLY HAVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY, AND IM PRESENTLY FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE OKLAHOMA EMPLOYMENT COMMISION, OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND O.S.H.A..
ITS VERY EVIDENT BY THIS COMPANIES PAST HISTORY( NUMEROUS DEATHS AND JOB RELATED INJURIES) THAT SOME ONE NEEDS TO TAKE A GOOD LONG LOOK AT SOME OF THE ISSUES. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO BRING THESE ISSUES TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OFFICE IN SNYDER TEXAS AND HAVE RECIEVED NO REPLY. I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME SORT OF RESPONSE,
BUT ITS VERY EVIDENT THAT THE POLICY HERE IS TO JUST AVOID THE ISSUE AND IT WILL GO AWAY.
