Oklahoma Federal Credit Union

Absolutely the slowest and worst bank I've ever stepped foot in! No customer service at all. Never seen a bank where they let employees sit around on their phones.

I have been a member of this
Credit Union for over 25 years
and have never had any problems,
only great personal service unlike
banks I have used in the years prior.
I have nothing but good things to say
For the staff.

I opened an account with Oklahoma federal this year, had no issues in this department. butreceive an auto loan with this bank, and have had some issues. First off I've had my first issue when my loan payment was just a couple of days late and the branch manager Tim Dolese had spoken with a family member of mine about MY account that they are not a holder of which is very unacceptable especially when they havent even tried contacting me first. So then I called the branch manager myself and he told me that I needed to contact and discuss that with my family member and not him. Secondly Im trying purchase a new vehicle and was told that even with my old loan paid off I'm still not approved to receive another. But before Tim Dolese knew exactly who I was he was all for it, but once he knew his whole demeanor changed.. Not professional at all.
