I have raved about this bakery before, but the last two times I have visited left me disappointed. Each time they were out of a least one of the flavors. The cakes I purchased were hardly frosted and so over baked that I threw them away. I was also shorted bunlet cakes on my order. I wish there was another franchise in my area because I won't be back to this one.

I recently purchased 2 dozen bundt cakes for a school afternoon birthday party(which was more than the number of classmates and teachers present -20). Therefore, I wanted to take one to my son for lunch when I met him for lunch at school. So I asked the cashier for a small to-go container and only had 5" to spare and needed a container since it was raining outside. She refused by explaining her manager didn't allow it so I asked her to speak to her manager. Two managers marched out and proceeded to tell me their corporate office didn't allow them to give out any type of containers whether it was just a tiny plastic or cardboard. Then in a patronizing tone suggested I go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Sorry I didn't have time his school lunch was about to start What a great example of POOR customer service, even a low budget greasy spoon restaurant could spare a to-go container. I suggest you avoid the Nothing Bundt Cheapskate cakes!
