I totally agree with the other comments, the sad thing is Dr. Williams is pleasant and wonderful but the staff is completely killing her reputation. There are military families in the area and I would like to think that their customer service would meet the need of the service men and their families that have sacrificed so much for our country. They don't seem to care, I was in the military and have been personally offended. At one time I was a patient of her colleague Dr. Voss whom I was with for around 4 years until he retired. He was wonderful and is greatly missed. I won't be coming back here again. I am going to move to vision source, they have wonderful reviews.

I would not recommend this business. I was given the wrong prescription for glasses and contacts twice. Had to go back 4 times before finally getting the correct lenses. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get refund, when I called asking about my refund, treated rudely, and they hung up on me.

Worst customer service ever. Angela is truly classless and unprofessional. They need to get real customer service so glad that I'm not a patient here.

The doctors are very nice, patient and thorough. The customer service that comes with the fitting however, leaves MUCH to be desired. Neither of my two kids was even fitted. They did not check to see if the frames were the correct size, or if their eyes were centered in the lens. Even after me asking. During the second kid, an employee wouldn't get out of the chair for us to be helped! I have 6 kids along with my husband. They could've had a lot of business but instead I will buy glasses from Eyemart. Disappointed.
