Absolutly STAY far away from this place. This was straight from the Moore Police Dept. this morning after this man physically blocked me in, pounded on my windows threatening and harrassing me. I have it ALL on video. Disbatch said they get calls on the daily about him. The police officer said he is a drunk that likes to disturb the public. For your safety, stay away.
My Red 93 Dodge Dakota Had the worst tint you could imagine on a truck, strip's had been ripped off from the window exposing torn tint and glue. It looked like a PAIN to get off and hard work but that being said Malibus was the best reviewed and best priced that I could find. They definitely lived up to the name , Customer service was THE BEST. The tint was so beautiful, very well done, And they went beyond then just handing me the key to my new truck, The got it done much earlier and much better then ive seen any other place do. Ill be going back for anything else to be done and Im happy to hand my money over for such good work and service they provide me in return. THANK YOU!
These guys are aces when it comes to customer service. They go above and beyond! So nice to have a place that still cares about their customers. And my car tint looks amazing too! I suggest them to everyone and will go back to them with any other cars in the future!
I have taken a couple vehicles here on multiples occasions and it was excellent. The people were very informative as well as willing to bend over backwards for me. I've had 2 alarm systems put in on different vehicles and a system and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to add anything custom to their vehicle.
Went in to check on tinting prices, not expecting to get it done today seeing that they had a ton of vehicles to work on. Somehow they managed to get me in right then, and in no time I was out the door. They did a great job and everyone i dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I have a few more things I plan on getting done, I will definitely be going back!!
i had problems with my new remote start i really felt like there was something wrong with the product. after a few visits of taking it back to Malibu we finally figured out that it was operator error. they were so patient to troubleshhot the issue. this is my second remote start with these guys and ill keep taking my cars to them
When I purchased a older model used mini-van for a business vehicle it was in pitiful shape inside. The person that had driven it had obviously had a carseat in the middle row of seats. There were spilled soda stains in and around every cupholder. There were dozens of petrified Maraschino cherries on the floor and stuck to the mats and the carpet.
Took it to Malibu because of their relationship to the Moore Chamber of Commerce and am I ever glad I did. They had to keep the vehicle overnight but when I picked it up it was like they had driven it there right off the showroom floor. Everything was clean and it smelled nice inside. Not a dessicated piece of food to be seen.
Excellent work at a fair price. I recommend them for their detailing expertise.

Malibu's did a great job for me. The installed new tint and removed the ancient tint that was original since 1999. They made two keyless remotes and made me a spare key, (the kind with a computer chip). Right after they were done with my car, the blinkers on my car quit. I was just SURE it was something they must have mistakingly done. I took the car back to them. Greg got it right back in the shop and checked every possible item. They told me it was my flasher display unit. I thought to myself that this cant be so, still thinking it was something they had done to my car. I was not 100% happy when I left but they were still offering to help. Anyway, i changed the flasher panel and it fixed the problem. Malibu's took some mild ""heat"" from me even though it was not thier fault. They never showed less than professionalism. I would and will use them again. They have fair prices... they are not high but they aren't cheap. They don't offer cheap stuff. They offer only ""good"" stuff at a fair price. Nice staff, good place!!

My company and I have done business with Malibu in the past and they have always done good work. I havent been there in a year or so until yesterday when I was looking to get bed-liners sprayed in my company vehicles and for some rearview cameras for my company vans. As soon as my business partner and I walked in the door the clerk insulted us and I was convinced I would not do business here. I looked at some of the rearview mirror cameras to compare pricing and they are very high here. I can buy the same exact models installed by Jackie Cooper Electronics for considerably less. I cannot believe that in this economy any business owner would allow his employees to be anything other than gracious and accomodating to customers. I have never before been greeted in any business establishment with an insult as soon as I walked in the door.

The owner was very upfront and honest with what they could and couldn't do. I was already told by a previous mechanic and a Toyota dealer what was probably wrong with my vehicle but I did not say anything to Malibu. They figured it out themselves with no help. I was told by Toyota it would cost almost $500.00 to fix my car and the mechanic who told me what was wrong previously which I would not recommend (Piggs Automotive behind Oriellys) said I would have to take it to the Toyota dealer to have it fixed. Well guess what Malibu fixed it for 220.00 and left the broken part in my car to verify work was done. How many mechanics do we know that would do that? You just can't beat honesty these days!!!!!!!!
