Worst customer service. If you rent from here watch your credit card they will charge you fees days after you return the car. Manager is rude makes it like he has better things to do than help you get a car.

Worst experience renting in my life. They told me I would be billed and my card would be kept on file, just in case there were damages to car or if bill was not payed. Low and behold 2 days after returning it they charge double what the bill should be to my card(even though I'd cleaned car and filled tank with gas), leaving me with no way to pay my rent. Then keep transferring me to different numbers for over an hour making me think the next person will be able to help until I finally get to someone who tells me there's nothing they can do and this is their policy. Terrible people who only use their customers in the most vulnerable times in their life's to exploit their confidence. I should have went with Enterprise, the experience with them was a breeze and they were honest and upfront with you. Don't know much about Avis, but never go to Hertz, at least this one. They tell you what you want to hear to get your business, then take you to the cleaners with no way to be re-compensated after.

I rented a car on Aug. 30th. and the fuel purchase options were not explained to me. The only thing I was told was to bring the car back empty so that I could get a better rate for gas. I wasn't told that if I didn't bring the car back empty that they were going to charge me for a whole tank of gas even though the car was 1/2 full. I think that this practice is very deceptive and other consumers need to be warned about this if they do not rent cars on a regular basis such as me. If I had known that they were going to do this I would have had the car empty or full before bringing it back to Advantage. Also, the manager Kat was very rude. The customer service at Hertz are the same. The first representative hung up on me. The second one said Oh well and the third was professional but my problem still has not been resolved. I guess this is their way of making money. They are not customer friendly at all. I will never rent from Hertz again.
