In bad car accident having 2 hard open back surgeries still in recovery. This mans work ins could take care of my bills. Settled 500k he changed up checks that came to 445k put money in escrow but never seen bills from provider. He has 40 percent of 200k. He has stole my funds and will not give me money. Brent's settlement docum does not match checks. He is rude and heartless. This changed my life and he took all 500k he never seen me til dep or mediation 5 min before kicked me out office while confronting him. It's all on black and white. Looking for malpractice Aty Brent was to get 35 percent. And made so clear my bills to be paid. He never helped me the whole 3 yrs and I was so hurt physically I could not see what he was doing. He got his money and manipulated checks. Hope this not happened to others. I felt I worked for him he was only ready to see me for signature I had no idea Atys could be so shady and I hurt every day.
