Not very pleasant.
It took about 6 weeks to get the pool installed. It was supposed to be installed on June 12th but The scheduling department double booked the installer that day and we missed out on that day. We were offered $100 of free pool chemicals for the mix up but have yet to receive anything. Our pool install was then rescheduled for the 23rd of June but got rained out. Then July 12th was offered to us but the installer said they were too tired to install that day. So July 14th they finally did the install but they did very poorly on the dirt work. They just left piles and piles of fill dirt around the pool which I thought they were supposed to put in a pile altogether but failed to do so. I personally had to wheelbarrow 25 loads of a dirt away from around the pool. Overall not a good experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Galaxy! We were searching for new loungers and chairs for the pool... came into the store an idea of what we wanted and left getting exactly what we wanted. Nimisha helped us picked out the perfect style, frame color and sling pattern/color. (There were SO many gorgeous options!) Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend if you're looking for top of the line products at great prices!!
Purchased a shuffleboard table "on sale" for "50% off" more than 5 weeks ago. Before I purchased the table, I asked about delivery date as I was hoping to have it ASAP. Galaxy promised me I'd have it later the same day. Hours later, they called to say they screwed up and couldn't deliver it until 2 days later. I was upset but understood. When they finally showed up to deliver it, the man who came to my door say "whoops, we broke the legs in transit. Sorry." I remained calm (what was there to do?) and he thanked me for that. He said Galaxy would get in touch with me. They did not. I had to contact them more than a day later. When I called, I got a vague "I don't know when we will get it in." In the meantime, I discovered that Galaxy double charged me! I had to have American Express dispute the charge. Dee at Galaxy never apologized. She said "well how did we do that?"
A week went by with nothing from Galaxy. I called a week later. They still didn't know. (Dee again). Two weeks ago, Dee tells me they are fixing the table so it will take a while. They didn't even order a new table for me - they are fixing the one they broke! Then she tells me I got a good deal at "1/2 off" (which I discovered wasn't even true - they had over priced the table by over $2000 to make it "1/2 off") and I should just be patient. I push back a bit and she promised to email the company fixing the legs of the table and let me know something. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I called her once again. She was rude and passed me off to another guy, John who again has no idea when I will get this table. I asked for my money back at this point and got the run around and dumped into someone's voicemail. I will certainly be filing complaints with whomever I need to in order to get my money back that they have had for over 5 weeks without producing a table for me. Oh and the best part? Neither Dee nor John have ever apologized to me for any of this. Do yourselves a favor and buy anywhere else!
Great Place. Bought a Pool and they explained in Detail that the Installer choice was my responsibility that they didn't do installations. I went with their installer and he did a great job. He explained every step including why he had to do the install in steps. There was some delay but it was weather related and he always called me to keep me informed. I will continue to purchase from them.

Went to buy an above ground pool. First they charged me for the installation which they later decided they shouldn't have since I need to pay the installer when he does the install. They didn't get the pool in from Tulsa till 2 days after my ""check cleared"" and after I called them repeatedly. The salesman at the store lied to me about the check coming from Tulsa to reimburse me for the install. Only part of the pool came in. The install guy ""Frank"" is in a great hurry and half did the job and left trash in the yard as well as cig butts everywhere. The skimmer wasn't put in for almost a week after the pool was up and lots of phone calls. They said they have appts to keep and couldn't get to me sooner, note I also had an appt!! The guy that came to put the skimmer in didn't have all the parts and lied to me about going to get them. Overall, nice product, horrible service
