Ms Guerrero began employment at FPCS on 7/05/12and was terminated on July 25, 2012 because she could not keep up with her clients’ appointments. On several occasions her immediate supervisor made attempts to reach Ms Trecia Guerrero via cell phone to inquire the reason for not seeing her clients to no avail. She finally called the office after closing hours and left a message that she was having family issues and would get back with her supervisor and start servicing her clients. She was terminated because the client were complaining that she was still not keeping up her appointments. Ms. Guerrero final check was promptly mailed to her known address.
