Please you are better of buying from anyone but Express Credit Auto, they will not work with you on your payments nor will they refinance you for not missing a payment I have not missed a payment in 3 years and I had surgery and wasn't able to work for 6 weeks that was not considered a hardship so I had to get loans to pay my car payments to stay in good standing with them. CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS CONTRACT. IF THEY OFFER THE INSURANCE TAKE IT. IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO DO SO.

I wish I would have NEVER got a car through them . My first car i got from them was in 2015 and it was 2009 my gut feeling told me not to ,but I was 20 and in desperate need of a vehicle for work . So i signed my name on the dotted line and I wish I never would have . Within six months of having it it broke down . Then I had to have it towed myself to the warranty place . It took about a week for them to fix I had to pay the towing fee and deductible. They tried making me pay my car payment too and I said hell no . 3 months after it got out of the shop it broke down again . I took it to a mechanic come to find out the stuff they said was fixed was NEVER fixed . After calling them and threatening them with a lawsuit they put me in a different vehicle . Then 2 months after i had the check engine light came on . I got a diagnostic test ran on it and it was the mass air flow sensor and o2 sensors . Then when i went to get an oil change my mechanic said it needed a new cv axle , all new struts , and strut mounts , and plus o2 sensors , and mass air flow sensor . I relpaced the mass air flow sensor , cv axle , and a new battery . Plus it needs new tires and I havent even had it a year . please whatever you do FIND ANOTHER CAR LOT . im stuck in a situation i dont know how to get out of . They don't care about you or the quality of the cars there putting you in .

Needed a SUV and got one POS. They saw I was in great need and pushed off a unit on me by saying it was the only thing on the lot they would finance for me. Charged my 10k for a trailblazer worth 2500. It has been wrecked and very dirty with the interior falling apart. They are very over priced and not as nice as they seem. I knew I was getting drilled but had no choice but I made the mistake of telling them my story. I used the Norman store.

Horrible freaking company, they never work with you in regards to a hardship unless some one is damn near dead. For one I have a warranty on my car and they wont fix it with out me paying at least $50 to drop it off $50 to pick it up if they find something wrong and I wont let them fix it which is fucking ridiculous. Now I called to get my due date changed due to a recent job change and I had to send in proof of my checks. Fax number is disconnected and their email supposedly hasn't gotten anything which i have resent and confirmed their email address as well as fax number multiple times and they act as if they don't care to help me. The customer service center is a -30.

Horrible people!!!! Lost 2 jobs because the car that I got from these crooks keeps breaking down they told me to drive all the way to the city and they would fix it, when I got there they said if they fix it they couldn't release it back to me because my payment is 1 day late!!!!!! After I informed them that I couldn't make the payment because I was fired!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess they expect me to walk 25 miles to and from work everyday and pay them 450 a month for a car I can't drive.

Biggest mistake EVER! I NEVER write reviews about companies, however this is necessary. They have absolutely no respect for their customers. I've had my car with this company for little over a year and I have made every last one of my payments, however they think its necessary to speak to me as if I have no common sense. Only once they had to shut my car off for none payment but I was unable to make my payment on time because I was dealing with the death of my mother. I called Auto Advantage crying my eyes out because I had a flight to catch in a hour, i expressed to them i had to get on a plane for my 43 year old mother funeral. I told them that I was on my way to make my payment,do you think they cared? absolutely not, the rep had absolutely no care in her heart! I know the way they treat loyal customers is absolute disgusting! If i could get into another car today I would. I know i deserve more respect than what this company obviously can NOT provide.

I would never go to Express Credit Auto! I had a 08 PT Cruiser. The salesmen told methe car was $11,900.00, but it wasn't, when I went to register it, the bill of sell said $12,900. I put $500 down, my payments were $249.00 every two weeks. The car was supposed to be paid off in two years. I had it for almost a year and a last payment said my payoff was STILL $10,000!!!! So apparently I only paid $2,900 of the principle of the note in 1 1/2 years! There was nooooo way I'd have the $10,000 payoff, paid in 6 months! I told them to come pick the thing up, I was sooo done! I was desperate for a vehicle at the time I got it, my other car had just broke down. I wish someone would have told me not to go there!

NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE .. I bought a car from this place in 2012 the payments are already too high for my liking but it was my first car so I went right. The car would of been paid off in August 2014, but in January 2014 I went into the hospital on bed rest about to have my son three months early. I then called them to let them know I was in the hospital pregnant about to have my son three months early so I wouldn't be able to pay and to see if they would work with me at all since it was going to be paid off in a few months anyway. They would not work with me at all what I got out the hospital my car was gone they repossessed it now I have a repo in my name because they couldn't wait just a few more months they are rude and insensitive never will I recommend or go back to this place at all

Please do not and I mean do not buy from these people.. They don't care about you after sign and drive.. We had a death in the family and ask to miss 1 payment because we were responsible for the burial. After a week of phone tag. their decision was NO! So, we mentioned that we only have a few payments left on the vehicle an that we've never missed one payment or even was late. we were then told to pay $35. insurance and they would do it. Fine! we thought. but due to a miss communication within their office when we paid the fee. we were logged as non/failure to pay. Vehicle was shut off until full payment was received. UGH! Really? Express Crooks is what I call them now.. Please Report this company to the BBB when you have an issue.. they don't deserve their good rating.. SO so vehicles, Bad staffing, over the top monthly and bottom line payoff. you are better going to a new car dealer for what you pay for used at this place. one star is required but they don't deserve any..

horrible dealership

You never want to buy a car from here this dealership is horrible once they get you in they do not care about you at all when getting the car they tell you the more you put down the lower you're payments they are lying the payment are the same I've had my truck for over a year and I have to take to their shop everything month to get fix I've lost alot of work from this dealership I try to tell them I want a different car cause its always braking down but they will not let me. Trying to make a car payment is a pain the only way to make one is you have to go to the dealership so like I said if you value. Your time money and job don't go here
