Enterprise Rent-A-Car

There are two Enterprise locations in Edmond. This location is on Memorial Road and I always receive good service at this location!

Made phone reservation. Rented an SUV from Enterprise East Memorial Road location for ten days. Vehicle was a 2016 Buick Enclave. This location has an excellent staff, always working to make sure everything is up to their high standards. Great customer service. Fast check in for an early and busy Monday morning. I highly recommend Enterprise. Thanks again for a pleasant car rental experience.

When I picked up the car,I walked all around it and there was no visible damage I could see.



After I was done with it when I dropped it off at Enterprise, I walked around it and again there was no visible damage I could see, but the Enterprise clerk claimed there was damage to the roof of the car. "dents" I could not see the damage despite viewing it at many angles. I took pictures. I felt it with my hand.



I asked the clerk to take pictures with my phone to show me where she is seeing damage. There is nothing showing on the pictures. She claimed she's specially trained so she can see it even if I don't. (Hey, if I'm specially trained to see Tinkerbell, so I can see pixies and you can't, does that mean they are there??) She told me if i had just purchased the insurance from Enterprise it wouldn't be an issue, it would be covered and this whole thing could have been avoided. WOW. Is Enterprise targeting people that don't purchase their expensive insurance and claiming damage that is invisible?



I googled Enterprise complaints after she refused to provide any proof there was damage to the roof and was very unhappy to see that there are many complaints of Enterprise charging for unsubstantiated charges. The rental was garaged at my house the entire time, was never in any kind of weather or exposed to anything that may have "dented" the roof. I have many pictures on my cellphone that demonstrate no damage is visible. I need to find someone at Enterprise that gives two snaps to investigate this. Fat chance, I know.



BE CAREFUL. The kicker is that I was very careful to check the car out for visible damage prior to signing the papers to avoid just this thing. If I had walked around it the day I returned it, there was nothing to notice then either. I would have said the car was in perfect condition. So now I can't trust my own eyes when dealing with these people. I'd say take picture of before & after, but I have those and there's nothing on the pictures either, yet Enterprise still wants to charge me (who knows how much???) for these imaginary damages
