Elle Communications Inc

Recently worked part time here and really liked it. The staff was enjoyable and I really liked the family-like atmosphere. The phone was always answered quick, and their clients were always taken care of fast and efficiently.

I used to work at Elle Communications for a few months (had to leave for personal reasons) and it's def not your typical company.

Yes, it is a sales/marketing company. And yes, the hours are long and hard. That's the main negatives about the company, and if you aspire to do nothing in your career and just want a "job" then it's not the place for you.

The incredible things about this company, though, are the amazing people who work there and their method of training and growing their employees. You will make great friends at Elle Communications who will be there for you personally and professionally every day. Likewise, they are there to train and develop you personally and professionally as well. I have gone onto other jobs after learning the 4s, 5s, and 8s that they teach and applied them on a daily basis. They truly teach the fundamentals of business, leadership, management, strong communication skills, and overall mentality and perspective better than any other company I have ever been to, and they teach it in an effective and hands-on way. I came out knowing more about leadership than most managers I've worked under.



Like I said, it's not perfect, but if you consider employment with this company know that they have A TON to offer you!
