Denton's Frame Shop

On the first piece referenced above we found her the same frame style used to frame her previous item years earlier so I was excited. Unfortunately it was measured to have the same mat proportion instead of the same outside size. When she came to pick them up I offered to cut it down it to match O.D. but she said it wasn't a problem. The second piece she brought was a pre-matted piece and she selected the frame so I simply can't understand how that was incorrect. The third piece was a silk which was improperly framed years ago somewhere else and had gotten wet and un-installed, and instead of re-framing it she only wanted us to position it back (incorrectly) in to the old frame. I explained that we mount silks a different way here and that all we could do is basically lay it back in the tiny, thin frame. I would still like the opportunity to frame it properly if she would like to invest in it. She never mentioned any missing keepsake, so I have no idea what that could be about. We appreciate all of our customers' business and always try to do out best to accommodate everyone's needs. The offer still stands to cut down her matching frames to better match O.D.!
