Cee & Cee Wigs

I ordered a hairpiece almost 2 months ago from cee cee wigs..The son of the owner took the order,I called every week for 4 weeks and was told it was on the way...I gave up contacted the Tony of Beverly company ..myself and received the hairpiece in 3 days.

This store is no longer located on the Uptown 23rs Street strip, they have moved to a new location in the shopping center at Penn Crossing next to the Wal-Mart neighborhood market! I received excellent service today at their new location from the two shop owners themselves who were working. They matched my hair to the exact color of extension I needed and even custom measured them and are sewing in the clips for me (this is $30 extra). Previously my experiences with this store (when they were still located on the Uptown 23rd strip) were horrible, but their rude and unhelpful employees seem to be vanished as the shop owners themselves are working in the floor. The new location is also well lit and they were so kind to me. I will go back now that I have experienced the "new" store. It is often intimidating to shop for hair extensions but they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks again.

They ripped me off. I bought two old 10 inch sew in bundles and they charged me $25 for each. Come to find out a few hours later that they were priced at $15 each. Do not go here. they will rip you off if your a new buyer.

They are located in a rundown little strip, the business has been around for over 40 years and the interior reflects it. There is no private area to try wigs on. The wigs are white labeled, no prices are shown on the tags. I tried on 4 wigs with no problems. But they are older styles that I could easily pick up on Ebay for $75 and not what I really wanted. I understand that they are a business, but I just cannot afford to pay twice the cost of a wig I can get online.

My experience so far was really good I have not gone to the business yet but plan to but I did call to get the hours and directions and both woman I spoke with were very kind and very helpful in explaining best route to take from where I will be coming from. So far they seem to be very professional.

a friend and i went to cee and cee wigs today and had a great time. both of us purchased wigs and the staff was so much fun and helpful. we were alittle reluctant to go because of the ratings that are showing up but that is quite the contrary. the store is very relaxed, all customers were finding what they needed, and we never felt any pressure. they definately have captured our business. if you're concerned, don't be, it was a great experience and very well priced wigs.

The people that work there are rude and not helpful and i will never go there again.

I've been there numerous times without any problems. I don't think this shop markets themselves as experts in helping people with Cancer related hair loss, but I bet there are other stores that do and are more sensitive. Perhaps the cultural differences contributed to the problem, but at the end of the day, they are a business needing to consider both the customer and protecting their inventory. My understanding has always been that you may try on 5 wigs after paying the $1. for the cap to cover your hair.

Went to cee&cee wigs today to help my 27y/o sister who is about to start chemo pick a wig. We were very serious and determined to find not just one wig, but a few wigs that she could wear during her chemo. Having already picked out two for purchase the lady informed my sister she was trying on her last wig. My sister had only tried on around 10-12 wigs tops!! I just couldn't believe a business would treat a customer this way. Especially someone who has been through so much in the last week. The lady told my sister she was sweating on the wigs! Rude! She also said to my sister, haven't you seen anything you like? You have tried on so many." We made it very clear my sister has cancer and she's about to start chemo. You would think someone would be a little sensitive to a customer who is in this situation. We were always very serious about buying a wig. With broken hearts we bought two wigs and left. I beg you...if you are about to start chemo please do not go to this store. I was in tears for my sister when we left. And, I'm still thinking about how terrible that lady was to me, my sister and her husband.

Thanks Cee and Cee wigs for making me go home and cry my eyes out. This week hasn't been hard enough already.



I'm 27 years old. I'm shopping for a wig because I was diagnosed with Cancer.



Going wig shopping was not something I was necessarily looking forward to today because I would much prefer to not lose my hair but definitely do not have that option. I was determined to make this the most positive and fun experience today and brought my sister and husband to help choose a new style.



With that said, I'm unsure how to accurately describe my experience today other than this is quite honestly the most REPULSIVE store ran by the most INSENSITIVE and HATEFUL woman in Oklahoma City.



I tried on 8 wigs...she thought that was too many. I explained to her I was trying to make a big decision because my hair is falling out from treatment and this would be my hairstyle for a long time. She blantantly did not care. She was hateful. She was pushy. She said I was "Sweaty" she asked me "Why it was so hard for me to make a decision." It took everything in me to not throw her cheap wig back at her and stomp out of the place. My family was SHOCKED with her customer service. Actually, EMBARASING is the best word to describe how awful it was....I was embarrassed for the way she was acting and how many people in the store were watching her act this way towards the "Cancer Girl".



The quality of the wigs at Cee and Cee's is comparable to that of Party Galaxy at Halloween time. They are shipped straight from China and look like long stringy strands of woven P*BIC HAIR on top of your head.



Oklahoma City, please DO NOT support this company. There is a lovely wig store I ended up at called ACCENTE. This is the place to go if you are looking for a genuine hairstyle for the time you are having chemo or better yet, if you like being treated like a human.

Cee & Cee has been one of the only wig shops ive been to. My friends have bought many wigs from them. they are great wigs and fairly priced as well. They are very friendly and helpful! You should go visit them and see their selection!
