Joy is a delight to work with! She is very helpful and knowledgable about the cars she rents us. She makes sure the car is clean, gassed up, and ready to go before renting it out. We have always had great service and great cars renting from this location. A+++

Budget Rent-A-Car OKC Will Roger Airport.

They're thieves and liars. I reserved a Ford Explorer which has 3 rows of seats (for 7 passenger as said on their website). When I came there, the lady at the counter insisted that the Explorer only has 5 passengers and suggest that I switch to Ford Expedition to have 7 seats. So I agree. Came to the parking, the Explorer there has 3 rows, 7 seats!!!!!

worst business ethics ever. when i received car, it smelt of dirty men and cheap orange spray. i put dyer sheets in the vents in hopes to eliminate some of the odor coming from the car.

Upon return, she charged me the smoking fine. Then blamed corporate office &could not refund my money. I called the 1800 # and they informed me -- credit must be given at store level, Called store back, Manager, JOY, stated (VIA EMPLOYEE) will NOT refund money. Could not defend her 'case' day prior, had to hide behind 'corporate business'. Then, the following day, she had an employee tell me, not herself?

I have 2 small children and DO NOT smoke with them in confined areas. 'Ashes' were actually dried up LEAVES. not cigarette ashes.



I needed the car in an emergency to get my children out of a bad situation & here, i got robbed! I am LIVID.



This was my FIRST car rental. I truly do believe I will NEVER use this company again.
