I have been going to this location for close to 2 years and have never had a single complaint.
Can't beat the price and they have all the equipment I need, and they even expanded about 9 months ago which has made things much more spacious. Its always clean and the staff is super friendly.
Also the management is very professional and always doing walkthroughs to make sure everything is going smoothly.

GYM MEMBERS BEWARE! The staff here like to video members while they work out, then turn around and post these videos/pics on snapchat, facebook, instagram making fun on people while they work out. One staff member named David Ward thinks its funny to ridicule an older member because he wasn't "squatting" all the way down. That guy has been a member for YEARS, obviously there is a lack of privacy and respect. I had emailed the gym and their corporate office last week about this issue, was hoping that they would resolve it and at least communicate some sort of concern. As of today, no one has contacted me or this gentleman, and as far as I know nothing has been done. I will be cancelling my membership, if they video tape people out in the open who's to say they don't do that in the locker room, or other places? The staff are unprofessional, always on their phones, taking selfies of themselves in the mirror, or sitting on desk whenever I come check in. Ridiculous.
I've moved, and haven't used this membership in over a year. I was on a month to month membership, NO CONTRACT. I called to cancel, and they are telling me I have to pay for 30 days ahead of the date I cancel? Absolutely ridiculous, and all they would say is read my contract, but refused to email / mail / fax me a copy of it. It's not about the money, but the principal. Horrible customer service, I'll never use or recommend them in the future.
I love this gym! I've been going for about 2 years, now. I added a kid zone package about a year ago and my 1 year old loves going, while I work out. The kid zone staff is very professional and come and get me if they need me at all! Love them and when my second baby comes, I'll add him to the kid zone package as well. ☺️
My son called and canceled his membership. They said they would and did not charge him for 3 months. This months they drafted $60 from his account somehow. When he called they told him he had to email to cancel. He was not told this when he called. He did not go for those 3 months because he thought the membership was canceled. Now his account is overdrafted.
Terrible! If you are looking for good selection of classes - do not join it, Broken Arrow class room is small, so there we re several times if I was running just on time, I couldn't fit in. I'm not even speaking about regular days, that place goes nuts by then. Only 2 out of 5 showers works in women lockers. As they mentioned before, if you decide to cancel your membership you better do it before 60 days after next year anniversary because you can say bye bye to money they charge for annual fee, plus on the top you have to send in 30 days notice, they don't give a crap that it will be for 2 days in a month you are with them. They cancel their classes every time school close, even though they barely have any kids working out in the gym.
