Wasn't too sure who to trust with A/C service but when your home is 90 degrees you're about speed and accuracy in fixing it.I wasn't paying the overtime though for a 5:30 call so Ed got my business based on his same price 24/7 policy alone.Ed came earlier than anticipated...in fact he was outside my home when I arrived which was a surprise but under the circumstances was great.Was happy to let me look over his shoulder to learn the ins and outs of my 30+ year old unit and within a few minutes found the problem and resolved it.After he left though the condenser shut off and warm air was blowing through the house, but a quick change of the fuses resolved that while Ed was on the phone. with me. 3 hours later....cold air is still flowing.
Do not use this branch. The people, especially manager, do not know what they are doing here. I was told by the "Branch Manager" Tina, that she could stop some transactions from processing through my account with just a Stop Payment issued, instead of closing the account, which is what I was asking her to do to begin with. Well, her plan failed miserably and it just cost me $873.46! And since she also failed to apologize for her mistake, she closed my accounts and refused to open new ones, instead of admitting it was her fault. Go to any other branch but this one....this is the third time I have had an issue with this branch with unprofessionalism, rudeness and incompetence. All other branches can at least handle business properly.
I've had an account in this bank since I was in Mayfair Elementary School 50 years ago. The bank's name has changed about 10 time but the tellers remain friendly and professional, the Customer Service staff is knowledgeable and wanting to help, Administrative Officers listen to the questions and discuss advice to try to meet the customers wishes. Once the decision is made. additional follow up contacts are made by the administrator to insure proper implementation . The bank lobby, waiting area, counters, and safe deposit box areas are clean and secure. No matter what the name of the bank, it is still my choice to maintain my checking, savings, investments, CD, etc. There is no where else I would consider.
Dean Riddell and his team went above and beyond during my home buying process. From day one when I met with Dean and ran through some numbers, until my closing date, Dean was right by my side and always made sure my needs were met. I had heard the horror story's from other friends and colleagues that used different lenders and didn't get to close on time or had a list of problems during the process. Not a single problem with SWBC. Dean and his team are local and always a text or a phone call away. I never realized buying a home could be so easy! I highly recommended SWBC Mortgage.
Sharon Stinchcomb WAS the Santa Fe Credit Union, now known as Oklahoma Federal Credit Union. While the current staff is nice enough, the solid and sincere interest and commitment to the customer is lacking. It's now about the numbers, not really about the people. I can't believe they let her go; shame on OFCU. Sharon Stinchcomb was the best in professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

This bank was very helpful to me while I was seeking information to settle my aunt's estate long distance. Far different than Midfirst bank which is anything but helpful.
