Zero Stars. This salon LIED about their prices. I was told (after I emailed them my picture and showed my hairstylist) that it world be 120$. After I was unhappy with my color the manager and stylist claimed that "I would have to come in twice more to achieve that look, and that there is no way to achieve it in one sitting" I was NEVER told it was going to be a process until after my hair was touched. In order to achieve this style I was told it would cost up to $500-$600!! No Refunds or Discounts were offered. This place SCREWS people over!!

I have been seeing Dr. Hardt for years. Her and staff are so sweet and wonderful. I get lazer hair removal and botox. I would't go anywhere else. They are AMAZING! I have even had to bring my 3 kids with me before because of babysitter issues. They have been nothing but kind and caring.
Shelby has been doing my hair for years! I've followed her everywhere she has gone and will follow her where ever she goes! My hair is healthy because of her expertise. Every time I get my hair done I get so many compliments! She's perfect at color. Her cuts a right on! Nobody touches my hair but Shelby!
racist owners called a female customer the N word on their official Facebook page. They have also been very rude and accused innocent people of stealing.
Overall above average compared to other beauty supply hair stores in Oklahoma. And they never push you out the door when they are closed. But instead tries to help so we can find what we need faster.
So Im not the type of person to complain about much but in this instance I would like to speak my mind. I have worked in retail for years and feel as though I have a very good understanding of customer relations. Because I get such unruly customers I have come to appreciate the sweet regulars that come in. I honestly look forward to them . I have been a very loyal customer from day one and I have easily spent 2,000 ad probably much more here. Today, I was unfortunately disappointed by not only one of the associates but the whole team. Now its no secret to me that they have a high tendency to stalk their predominately "colored customers" and I've come to accept that this comes with a very nasty stigma of being a "thief" and they naturally look down on their customers. But regaurdless of that I have always gone out of my way to great them when I come in and ask them how their day is going . But, sadly this particular instance gave me a change of heart. Granted, I didn't have drivers license with me for a debit transaction and that was a fault on me , never have I ever been asked to show my I.D. Unfortunately, I didn't have this with me . But I work next door and I was completely dressed in my uniform with my name tag containing my last and first name. I was also able to provide not only my social security, utility bill, insurance card and my online accounts but my overall presence as a very familiar face. This changed nothing. Not only did she deny me service but her coworker proceeded to almost snicker at the occasion. I was also stared down the entire time while shopping which was extremely uncomfortable. This just reminded me of my place within their world. "A walking wallet". Customer retention isn't in their agenda or overall customer relations. They could honestly care less about you. They want you to buy and leave. In conclusion, I will probably go back because it is convenient but I have no problem taking business elsewhere. I also have no problem coming back on here and noting every event that takes place after this. JJ, you need to redirect your focus. I understand you have some very unruly customers but lets face it, that's retail for you. In the mist of the day, remember the customers who look forward to coming in and not only brightening their day but yours as well. Also, stop treating everyone like a thief. If you are going to it at least be more discrete with it. So if you want to be treated like a thief, stalked, unappreciated, and a nuisance I would recommend personally this place . They all have master degrees in it! (except for the nice one with the colored pony tail) Happy shopping ! -Sincerely, A very unsatisfied regular.
On 11/3 Dr. Hardt performed slim lipo on my upper and lower abdomen and upper and lower love handles. I was a bit nervous doing this procedure as I have never had anything like this done before. I'm 43 years old a mom of two teenage boys. I was having a hard time losing weight in my abdomen area and was getting a bit frustrated and just not motivated to get in shape. I am now a month post op and Words cannot express how happy I am thus far with the results. For the first time in 10 years I have a flat and tight tummy! I'm still healing, but am just amazed with how good I look. Dr. Hardt was very professional from the first time I met with her and also very personable. She makes you feel very comfortable and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. Natalie her assistant has been just fabulous too! If you are a woman that is thinking about slim lipo, and you want to feel like "you" again and gain your confidence back about your body, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hardt. I can guarantee you that you will get the best results from her! I could go on and on, and I Am so anxious to see how I look in two more months. Thank you so much, Dr. Hardt! You've helped me gain my confidence back.
Terrible salon. I feel as if my hair is in worse condition than before I went. There was constant pulling. They were pulling and brushing my hair so hard there is probably damage. My hair color does not look any different. I sat at the shampoo bowl for a while putting strain on my neck. It was not styled how I wanted. I showed them a picture and it looked nothing like it. They parted my hair the opposite way of how I always do it. Please save your money for a more professional salon downtown. They are better with quality products. I suffered the mistake of going somewhere just because it was close.
