I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. The cord to my premature daughter’s apnea machine broke and they are refusing to bring a replacement until tomorrow. So the monitor and alarm don’t work. I asked what if my daughters heart stopped beating or she stopped breathing and they were like that’s just the way it is so deal with it and HUNG UP on me. This company doesn’t care whether your children live or die. They’re monsters.

I️ have been using Majors Medical Supply for more than 10 years. They deliver my oxygen and I️ also got my wheelchair from them. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery technician has taken very good care of me and is knowledgeable and polite. I️ highly recommend this company

If I could write this review and put NO STARS, I would. This company is THE WORST! They never follow through with phone calls or common courtesy. They always screw up my appointment, my order and/or my billing. I literally HATE HATE HATE this company! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! A company that sells medical supply to the general public, should be going above and beyond to make your life better, easier and full of more quality. Every time I interact with this place, I end up in tears or wanting to scream at them. They are the absolute worst at customer service, getting things done on time, billing things correctly, and overall being good company to even associate with. Everyone in this company, especially the director/manager should be fired! They really need to revamp the entire staff, TRAIN them in customer service and how to the do their job accurately and kindly!
This company is a joke. They can't/ won't get supplies my patient needs and they keep trying to talk the mom into using different supplies them the doctor orders. For 2 years they bugged her about it and then her doctor retired so she got a new one and they went over her head and asked the new doctor to change it. Now the new doctor prescribed a different kind of machine and they refuse to order it saying that will have to pay out of pocket until insurance reimburses them. I kinda thought that was your job! The doctor himself has even called and it's a no go. Stay away, far away!
I am always so impressed with 180 medical and their prompt response and prompt delivery of supplies. Yet again they have come through for us in a big way! My daughter's Doctor wrote a new prescription this morning and within 4 hours Keri with 180 was calling me to verify and send samples to tide us over until the new shipment of products can be insurance approved and at our door. Thank you for a job very well done!
Vitacare is an outstanding company focused on patient care. It seems unfortunate that the review below attempts to give unfair statement that charges are not given in writing. Delivery tickets with full retail charges are signed at time of set-up. Along with information that the insurance allows for lease to purchase. A financial sheet is also provided to allow the patient to see estimated monthly charges until and after deductible is met. There is never a time frame given of less than a year due to most insurance have a year to 13 month rental policy. Since every insurance policy is different and Vitacare has no control over what amount an individuals deductible is we advised patients based on information obtained when insurance is called and quoted. At time of resupply all patients are informed that if there is any deductible or co-insurance they will be sent an invoice after insurance is processed.
I also had an issue with this co. Ordered my bi pap machine took 2 months+ to arrive and then was the wrong one.Had to wait another week. Their salesperson for the cpap and bipap machines was not very knowledgable about my machine and I had to tell him how many filters it took. Kept billing me for full face mask and I use nasal mask. I even provided the billing code numbers for the correct item..Had to get my Insurance involved about the wrong billing,still no fix.Then after I complained to the Better Business Bureau I finally had it taken care of.Called about info on an upgrade kit to my machine guy never calls back. Finally talk to him and he don't know what I'm talking about. Double check every entry on your bill with them.
This company is totally unprofessional. I purchased a CPAP machine back in June of 2012. The technician that helped us Patrick said he had been with the company for 20 plus years. Patrick when we were there treated us good, but my wife and I told him we would only by the machine if insurance would cover it. He got one of the office ladies (Diana) to come back and talk to us, and she said "all you have to pay is $263.00 and your insurance will cover the rest." We told her that if insurance covers it, fine with us. Diana said, I will even call your insurance to confirm they will pay for it! We signed the papers, took the machine. Six months later, November 20th, we received a bill from Majors Medical, that we owe $1,146.00 . Of course we called Patrick and Diana, and of course neither one are working there. We called our Insurance, and they checked there phone records, and the Insurance company said no one from Majors Medical called on the date to check about insurance. My wife and I are honest, professional people, and we pay all of our bills. We just want to caution people when dealing with this company, and I don't want anyone to go through what we went through! ......Steve Ocker, Edmond.
Be careful using this company they are very select on how they do business.. they have very strict guidelines to which they will work with customers after the sale. They will change the rules on the warranty after its gone out.
