Last year we bought a living room furniture group and still love it as much as the day we bought it. The service we received was prompt, friendly and professional. We went back a few weeks ago and got the Bed test. We got matched to a Dormeo Couture mattress and moved our Tempurpedic to the guest room. It has officially been two nights of sleeping in heaven. Purchase number two and Bob Mills knocked it out of the park again. I'm a happy customer.
Benny waited on us as we purchased a bedroom suite today; he was thorough, friendly, patient, and accommodating.Mr. Mills' wife, Margaret, has purchased many things from our estate sales over the years, and it was truly a pleasure to reciprocate by buying from Bob Mills Furniture this afternoon.We will very likely return to buy more furniture pieces in the near future, as we're busily redecorating our own home.When we return, we will most assuredly ask for Benny.

I bought a sofa, love seat, recliner, and dining room table from Bill Mills and my service was good until I received the furniture. The table legs were damaged and it has been over two months and the legs are still on back order. The sofa was also defective and the reclining part of the sofa would not latch. Bob Mills attempted to deliver the sofa 4 more times and every time the sofa had the same defect. I was informed by Bob Mills that all the sofas in their stock were the same way. After this many attempts to get a good piece of furniture, I just wanted Bill Mills to take it back. Bob Mills said there would be a restocking fee for them to take back the delivered broken furniture and I would still have to pay for shipping. I have called Bob Mills 2 to 3 times a week to resolve these issues. I keep getting the run around and keep being told that someone will call me back, which has still not happened after 10 weeks. I would not buy anything from them again because once Bob Mills Has your money they don’t care.
They don't have a warranty. You pay $1,000 and it doesn't even last 2 years. They blame it in their manufacturers so they don't have to stand behind a warranty!
Their furniture protection plan is a total waste of money. Every purchase I've made, I've been told it is covered for 5 years. I've spent a lot of money with them, and on my last purchase, I discovered what a mistake that was. I bought a table and chairs from them and had it delivered. Three of the four chairs were uneven, and they tried to blame it on my floor not being level, even though my old cheapie chairs didn't have an issue. I called to get it taken care of and the sales guy never called me back. Fast forward two years, and now one of my table legs is so loose that I'm afraid the table is about to fall over. Tightening the screw doesn't fix it, so I called the warranty department. The warranty sheet specifically says that assembled joints are covered for the 5 years, but they were now telling me they only cover cosmetic issues. They have never told me that whenever I've purchased furniture from them before. The warranty sheet is also packaged with the cleaning kit, so you can't even look at that until after you open up that box, which I didn't know either until I found it in there. After this experience, I will never buy anything from them ever again. I'd rather pay more and know that my furniture is going to be fixed if something goes wrong.

Check Return policy !!!. Bought $600 of merchandise on 4/14 and returned (1) $90 item the next day 4/15 and had to pay a 10% restock fee in less than 24 hrs. Return clerk also said the 10 yr warranty on the mattress was no good since I returned the $90 mattress cover.
Went to buy a mattress at Factory DIrect. Salesman said the lowest price they had for what we wanted was a Lady Americana for $2000, on sale for $1200. After I told him we found a better deal for $650, he said "let's check the as-is room". Same mattress was $588 still in plastic. After we bought and brought it home, it had obvious low spots and a bulge in the middle of the mattress. After emailing a complaint to FD, a rude woman called and said "we don't usually do this, but we'll let you bring it back and trade for something else". So, I can either get another as-is mattress or buy an over-priced new one. Boy, did I get duped....
