My house main water pipe busted at the meter last freeze and the city went out shut the water off on Sunday. The city did not return to inspect the meter until the following Wednesday. I got home and found out that the break is on our private side and desperately need an available plumber to fix it. I called over 37 different plumbing and was told they were all booked through the 2nd week of December. I ran into Edco Plumbing Heating & Air in Yellow book and the office staff told me she would get someone right out. Matt and Ed showed up within 30 mins. Wow! what's fast service. They both explained to me the problem and solution. They also educate me about a new connection that would give the pipe some room to work when the ground got freeze or too hot. Needless to say, they are very professional and is the most informative plumber I've ever known. They went to work on the pipe immediately and thank to them my family has our water back. I can't thank them enough to know what it was like for our family to go without water for days. If I ever have any plumbing problems in the future, I will probably give Edco a call. They are local family own and operate. They are also license and bonded. They are also have competitive price and great rating on BBB. Give them a call, you won't regret it.
My husband is employed there but they claim to be family orientated but i had just left ER room and called and spoke with Candance to have her inform my husband she said she would but she never did. Also they dont allow the wives to have any input on choosing insurance because most men dont know anything about choosing the right coverage. Wevhave yet to recieve insurance cards. Also are couples allowed to be employed there in same area? Ive read other reviews about the clicks in HR and I tend to find its true.. People working with the public should be professional and not rude to the spouses of the employees that could lead to other problems.
My neighbor told me about Stone Creek Plumbing, had put in a water heater for her.I could hear water running somewhere in my house. Turns out it was under our slab floor. Scary. They ran a new line overhead in the attic, and didn't have to jackhammer the living room. They were finished sooner than I expected, and way less than the other company had told me. The guy at that other company was rude on the phone. The guys from Stone Creek Plumbing were very nice. I appreciate a person who tries to explain things so I can understand. Will definitely use them again.
I found their Web site by doing a web search. I didn't have a clue as to what name brand faucet I had. So, I sent a picture of the part I needed just like the Web site said to do. I was pleasantly supposed when I got a response within a hour with a link to the part. I ordered the part and it arrived in 3 days. The part worked perfectly. My Water problem was solved. I can't think them enough for the great service they offer. Bravo
Had some help with a water heater leaking. My tank was new in 1997, in the garage. They had to make it higher up for the plumbing code. They hauled away the old one, even swept out my garage for me. I got his card and will call him next summer to change out my toilet. Couple hundred less than the guy I used to use quoted me. Will call him again for sure.
Outstanding! Scott was so nice and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and communicated everything in a way that was easy to understand. Had to replace the manifold in our wall.Very reliable, on time, and excellent customer service. No more cold showers!
I contacted this contractor to repair my tankless hot water equipment. They were prompt, courteous, and very efficient. They were done in minutes. Very satisfied with their service.
Fast service. They were here in the afternoon, I called them this morning. Had to pull the toilet and replace the seal. No more leaks.
They were a great company to work with. They were responsive and very price competitive
