Brite Cleaners refuses to take responsibility for ruining two pairs of $120 chinos. They were turned into Brite after one wear, essentially brand new, from Banana Republic. Brite applied too much heat, singing them and all of the seams/pockets were visible from the outside. After alerting them, and waiting a week, they redid the work. Then, the pants were heavily faded and had a tear on the leg. Brite, admitted fault by redoing the work the first time - then they would not admit they ruined them when their fix did not work. They refused to make right. Along the way they insulted my intelligence for not knowing the details of their process. They also were very rude at multiple levels: manager, associate. Do yourself a favor and do not give them access to ruin your clothes. This is my first ever review online - that's how bad their service is.
The lady told is that she would turn the breaker off in the middle of us washing because she wanted to close early.
I bring my clothes that need to be dry clean and the people that work there is always nice
They denied access to a Registered service animal which is ILLEGAL. These animals are exempt under the disability act. They will be turned in.
I HIRED FASHION CLEANERS TO DRY CLEAN MY HART SHAFFNER & MARX SUIT ON 6/1/17 AS PART OF A LARGE DRY CLEAN ORDER. I RECEIVED THE SUIT BACK ON 6/2/17. ON 6/6/17, I REMOVED SUIT FROM PLASTIC FOR THE FIRST TIME. I NOTICED A LARGE STAINED AREA ON THE BACK OF THE SUIT COAT THAT WAS NOT PRESENT BEFORE I TOOK IT TO FASHION CLEANERS. ON 6/2/17, I TOOK THE SUIT COAT BACK TO FASHION CLEANERS AND SHOWED THEM THE STAIN DAMAGE ON THE COAT. ON 6/9/17, THE OWNER GUS GIANOS DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE AND REFUSED TO EVEN DISCUSS COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE. FASHION CLEANERS AT NO TIME NOTED ANY DAMAGE TO THE COAT. I NEVER SIGNED ANY WAIVER FOR DAMAGE. THEIR ONLY RESPONSE IS TO SAY I MUST HAVE CAUSED THE DAMAGE TO MY OWN SUIT. WHY WOULD I PAY TO HAVE A NEW SUIT DRY CLEANED THAT HAD AN OBVIOUS STAIN ON IT? BEWARE.
I was banned from the property by the owner when i tried to tell him that my clothes were abnormally wet when i took them out of the washer. I was just trying to be a good customer and let them know, so the machine wouldnt get broken, i was cussed at very bad and belittled and told i should know how to use a washer by my age in front of all the customers, then he was screaming at his worker. This is a very bad man that owns the property and the store next door, i dont recommend anyone to give someone that treats people this way to give him business
I wouldn't trust them to clean my dirty gym socks at this point!!! They lost my $400 duvet cover after dropping it of and paying for their cleaning service on 4/10/17 and I've still not been reimbursed or told how they're going to resolve the situation and it's 5/3/17. No one in the company had been communicating so I keep getting the run around when I call and ask for answers. Starting 4/18/17 I started calling them 2-3 times a week to keep tabs on the situation and only once have they actually returned my call and left a message with any explanation or expectation. Today I called them 11 times to try and find out whether I should expect reimbursement or if they found it yet and they ignored every one of my calls until I called from a different number!! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I WILL NOT RETURN!!
So I've been going to Comet for several years and never had any problems. About a month ago there was a little mix up with a pair of pants. I understand that mistakes happen. I was willing to work with the cleaners and be patient as long as they kept me informed of what was going on. I was in constant contact with a very nice lady named Linda from their head office and they never made me feel like they were playing games with me. The ended up replacing the item lost no questions asked. And this was a very expensive custom made price of clothing. They contacted my tailor and told him go ahead and replace it we will take care of it. Needless to say they have me and my family as costumers as long as they're around. And I will tell everyone how well they treated me.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! After a year of no problems, I trusted the cleaners to clean a king size SILK bedspread. it came back discolored. I asked the owner to contact me. All I heard was crickets! Small claim court it will be
this laundry mat is unreal,I'm more than dissapointing is so dirty and trashy, half they freaking dryers do not work, have sign all over out of order the attendance that was there she is so rude I will never recommend anybody to go there.
