I called George for help in leasing a 1,500-2,000 square foot office. He told he had a space that would be perfect, as he had a current tenant leaving a lease early. He also told me that he would show me other spaces too. I don’t live in OKC and would be flying in for this meeting. I asked I told him that I would have one day to look at space, he said that would be fine and said that he would take care of me. When the day came, I sent a confirmation text for our appointment at his office. He confirmed, then asked, “What are you looking for again?” and “what was the space that I was going to show you?” Obviously, he didn’t have a list of properties to show me. I texted him back telling him again what we were looking for. About an hour later, when I was around the corner from his office, he called me postponing our appointment telling me that he hasn’t been able to get ahold of the tenant that he had in mind. I would have hoped that the appointment would have been made before the day of, George knew I was coming into town for this. He said that he would call me in 30 min to an hour once he got ahold of the tenant. He never called me back. He never returned my texts asking for updates. I flew to OKC with the understanding that George would take care of me, obviously, I was wrong. The thing I just don’t get is the total lack of communication and avoiding my texts. Maybe had I been looking for a 100,000 square foot space…
I couldn't be more pleased with the buying and selling experience of our homes made possible by Edward Harrill and the Scissor Tail Realty team!!! Three months ago we decided to have a few different Realtors out to give direction. Ed was the first one we spoke with and immediately we felt that he wanted to help us get what we wanted out of our home but to our surprise he was able to sale our house for well over what we had imagined. Not only that but he had it the winning bid within the first day of being on the market for full price with buyer paying all closing cost!!! He even connected me with professional contractors to fix repairs after inspection for dirt cheap with great quality work. And to top it all off he was able to negotiate a deal on a brand new home of our dreams under our projected budget!!! I would highly recommend anyone even thinking about buying or selling their home to call Edward Harrill at Scissortail Realty.
Kody Khoda, called and basically scammed me to get in my front door. He was told I didn't want to pay 6% commission and I was selling by owner. Then he informed me that my home selling price was in the ball park. (Then wanted to list it 20,000 lower. He was working with Tinker hand in hand lead to believe that he was contacted to help the military; that should had been the first warning. He then said if I didn't list the home with him that he would and could give me tips on the house.1. His FSBO help is 5.2 witch normal full commission is 6.0 he is doing 7%2. He sells 100% of every home listed, false; no one does.3. Bragged on how fast he sells his homes. 5 hours to a week. Yes, he unpriced them by 10,000 to 20,000.4. Told him I wasn't interested still pushed and started using the word God and title, which should be on gross not after his cost of doing business. This was false witness to me.5. When asked about improvements was told, "There was something that could be do in every room". That was it, gave not even one suggestion.6. Not until he walked thru the door, did I hear he worked for Kelly Williams. He told me he own his own company that specialize in FSBO, a sister company of ???. He only did FSBO's in helping with getting your info out there and paperwork.7. He got angry because I didn't want to list it with him. Then told me he would only make under 400.00. Told me that I would not sale the house on my own, less then 2% chance of doing it.I would not trust him to list your house and not using him to find your new home. A complaint with will file with IG at Tinker and Real Estate Commission.

We went to this C21 to sell a house we own. We dealt with a lady named Goldie. It was not a good experience. After they listed it, several months passed and we never heard from them, so we finally called and talked to Goldie. In talking to her, we could just tell she was a little clueless about the house. After talking for several minutes, she finally admitted she had never even went and looked at the house or taken any pictures; they just had someone go by and stick a sign in the yard. She promised to be more proactive from then on out, but it never happened. We had agreed on a six month listing with them, and in all 6 months we never heard from anyone, including Goldie. I'm therefore assuming they never even bothered to show the house to anyone. For that matter, I'm not even sure if they ever actually even listed it. When the listing expired, we thought we might hear from someone. Nope, not a peep. About two months after the listing expired, they sent someone by to pick up their sign. We've never heard from them since. Needless to say, I'm not happy with their service, and I would never use them again. I certainly would never recommend them to anyone. I'm just curious to know how they stay in business if they do all of their clients this way? Bottom line, if you're looking to sell a house, find another realtor

Shauna Stover and her team leader Sharon Moore is the worst realtors I have ever seen. They did not tell the seller to clean the house, keep the fridge that was advertised, leave the garage remote. If you want to have $1500 extra expenses call this two realtors.
