These scumbags wont get 1 penny from me. Elderly homeless lady had shop lifted a kings ransom of a loaf of bread and a package of lunch meats because she was hungry. Ya she broke the law, but you didn't have to scream, humiliate, and belittle her to the point that she broke down in tears. Swore at her and treated her like a sub par human being, all while numerous customers vigorously tried to pay for the minuscule amount of stolen food. It's one thing to fall back on policy and let the police handle things, it's another thing to jump at a chance to berate and verbally abuse a hungry elderly lady.

The employees mangers here are so rude and wont help you ... The food here half the time are out of date not just a few days it is a month or so ...Talked to Jerry the new store manager and he says he will fix this and it still stays the same NO HELP from anyone ... I will not go back until the employees are nice again and they have fresh food NOT OUT OF DATE FOOD ...
We went to this C21 to sell a house we own. We dealt with a lady named Goldie. It was not a good experience. After they listed it, several months passed and we never heard from them, so we finally called and talked to Goldie. In talking to her, we could just tell she was a little clueless about the house. After talking for several minutes, she finally admitted she had never even went and looked at the house or taken any pictures; they just had someone go by and stick a sign in the yard. She promised to be more proactive from then on out, but it never happened. We had agreed on a six month listing with them, and in all 6 months we never heard from anyone, including Goldie. I'm therefore assuming they never even bothered to show the house to anyone. For that matter, I'm not even sure if they ever actually even listed it. When the listing expired, we thought we might hear from someone. Nope, not a peep. About two months after the listing expired, they sent someone by to pick up their sign. We've never heard from them since. Needless to say, I'm not happy with their service, and I would never use them again. I certainly would never recommend them to anyone. I'm just curious to know how they stay in business if they do all of their clients this way? Bottom line, if you're looking to sell a house, find another realtor
Shauna Stover and her team leader Sharon Moore is the worst realtors I have ever seen. They did not tell the seller to clean the house, keep the fridge that was advertised, leave the garage remote. If you want to have $1500 extra expenses call this two realtors.
I was excited to show my husband (who is currently on four tour in afganastan) a duplex that myself and my three children fell in love with! The house was listed in the daily Oklahoman by Longburk RE. It was beautiful and everything we had dreamed of. So I immediately placed app w longburk as well as supplied the deposit. We make MORE than enough money, we have NEVER been evicted, asked to leave a home or ANYTHINH! He has been with military for 12 years and I with my employment for almost 5, neither of us have felonies. Friends that know us call us the IDEAL AMERICAN FAMILY! :) So how did we get DENIED?? If all our history is perfect, what could they POSSIBLE BE LOOKING for?.....well I will tell you... longburk Realtors had a problem with our credit! Of all the ridiculous, low down dirty EXCUSES To deny a wonderful tenant. Needless to say I am unbelievable ticked off! We have busted our butts our whole life to pay everything on time, be responsible w our credit and to teach our children to do the same! I wanna know where a real estate company has ANY right looking at credit! Does them NO good if they have upstanding references and especially perfect RENTAL HISTORY! I feel this company should ABSOLOUTLY be further investigated into their "practices" on approving and denying applications. I already know they have Forever lost an excellent rennet, one who'd have brought in other exceptional tenants! I do not feel CREDIT should be a factor in renting period, it's a joke! Not as if we're asking to loan the money from longburk to rent the place!! Companies such as Longburke make me sick! There's lots, I Mean lOTS of reputable companies out there that look beyond your stupid credit number and look at the whole situation (which btw I've been in real estate for 20 years and the entire individual is what you're SUPPOSSED to base decisions off of!!)I'll provide a list so hopefully no one else wastes their time on this joke realtor like I had to!! Btw our credit score was a 710....that's actually on the HIGH range genius Longburke employee!!
