Customer service stinks and management isn't much better

I always shop at Lowe's. They have What I need(or want) 95% of the time. When I die, I hope to find a Lowe's in heaven.

This has got to be the worst Home Depot EVER. I had to seek help when needed and no one seemed to know a thing about where I could find ANYTHING. After wasting 20 minutes of my time and covering the store from end to end.... I left emlty handed and pissed off.

Worst carpet installation every. 14 hours of my time and carpet still not completely installed for 1 room. the use midwest flooring for installation and they suck. Amanda in Lowe's installation department not helpful and her supervisor won't talk to us.

Sat morning, March 05, I visited the MWC location & was assisted by David.Time on ticket 803a. I got to job-site and realized that this buffer was not a high-speed buffer. Called David immediately told him I would be returning it and he said he would have to charge me for a full day? Mind you, less than 40 min had passed from pick up.He said that the south location had what I needed. David assured me that this location had what I needed.I get to the south location, & it was Not the machine I needed. I was assured, David with 20yrs exp. knew!! My question is if David knew what he was doing then why was I told that the south location "Had" what I needed and they "Did Not" I was taken advantage of.I was still charged for a full day for nothing!I assure that surely your company after being in bussiness since the 50's would have better business ethics to stand by than such!God bless you And Mike, the man who knows what he doing all right. When you bring back a item that was damaged in the store to the Home Depot 1600 S Sooner Road Midwest City, OK 73110 the managers treat you like crook ... If you have your receipt they still want to look at your ID ... Shannon is the store manager and when you ask for him he is never there so all you get is Maria ... Maria thinks you should know everything about every product is the store ... If you don't she will call you a liar ... So if you like drama this is the store for you ...

Great store with helpful staff!

This store no longer honors the veterans discount using the veteran flag on the OK driver license. Don't know if they honor the VA ID card as I refuse to carry it. My money and I proudly now patronize the Lowes store down the street. They KNOW how to appreciate veterans, Please join me at Lowes and let this store collapse under its current management.
