If I could give Brandt's Flowers a negative, I most certainly would. I contacted Brandt's and placed an order before noon today for flowers to be delivered at 5:00 p.m., this time was established after someone from the business contacted my mother-in-law. This was to celebrate my husband's grandfather's life of 99-years-old, who passed away yesterday and to be delivered to his only child. I have researched online for an e-mail address, even on their website and nowhere to be found. I am sad and hugely disappointed. I truly wish I had done my research and read the negative reviews online of how they will "cancel deliveries" at the spur of the moment. I do NOT recommend this floral shop and will NEVER use them again!

This is the best place to chill and get into any Rc hobbie because of there vast selection and ability to get anything and fix or assist in helping new comers. It's not just a place to buy products but a life style and the owners obviously know that. And the new location allows for much more time to be spent having fun with the products they sell. its the only type of hobbie shop in the state. Air, ground and water, with tracks to boot!

Horrible business.My daughter bought a glider for me as a birthday gift.The package arrived well packaged.However, when I opened the box, the instruction manual is lacking and I don't think I can use the manual and assemble the plane so that it can fly properly.We then decided to return the plane to the seller and that is when the horror story started.First, the seller did not respond to our email about return.Then when I asked where to ship back the unit, he told me to use the PO Box.We shipped the plane back and have tracking information that the plane was delivered to his email box but again he refused to acknowledge that the plane was received.We have just started a dispute and is waiting for the credit card company to issue a refund.Horrible company. I will never deal or buy from them.Buyers beware
I bought everything here to make my daughters 3rd birthday cake from scratch, and they had my favorite candy sheets w designed crafty cutters to shaperform whatever you waneed for it.... AMAZING
If I could give zero stars I would the management at this hobby lobby is some of the worst I have experienced. The manager talked to me on the phone about at lost item and had attitude with me about it, then I came into the store and spoke with her again and she continued to make it seem as though I was trying to get a free item from her and very loudly made a scene about how I could watch the tapes and worst the item was ONLY ONE DOLLER and it just didn't feel right having to buy it again after I already paid for it once... Where is the kind nature and customer service that hobby lobby is suppose to have?! TERRIBLE. I will find another store to spend my money at.
When I first visited this store, I was surprised with the level of quality that their displays have. I will come back here from time to time.
