Terrible really Unpatriotic and UNAMERICAN fix the flag doesn't take a lot.
Hands down....this is the best place for Alzheimer's/Memory Care facility in OKC. Experience with 2 previous facilities.
This place does not care for its residents, my mother has been here 2 months now, she had not had a bath in 5 weeks , no brushing her teeth her bed lights and the adapter she needs to raise her head is always on the floor, causing her to choke...The aides are on cell phones or talking on the halls they do not care...I've reported it twice...so now il go to aps, adult protective services....I'm will get something done...Don't take your loved one here, at the time we had no choise....we do now...
It was wonderful. The staff is excellent and the Maintenance is 100 per cent excellent and for an older lady I would never have to wait or. Beg I put in the request and the same day or next they were there. The. Security also very understanding. Over all. WOW. The firemen. The ambulance just speechless
Great skilled nursing facility. Clean, well staffed with highly trained staff, well maintained, attentive management, respond quickly to needs. Therapist are some of the best anywhere.
We moved my parents into Quail Ridge a month ago and they have been SO happy. The whole experience has exceeded our expectations! All of the staff members - from the front desk to the nurse/aides to housekeeping and maintenance to dining room - go out of their way to speak to my parents and help them in any way. They greet them by name and they were doing this when they had only been there a few days! They have a two bedroom unit which is spacious and one of the biggest Assisted Living units we looked at in OKC. There is a lot of storage and they were able to fit in most of their furniture. They LOVE the food in the dining room. So do all of the residents we have talked to. They have specials at lunch and dinner but you can also order from an extensive menu. Breakfast is served all day. Another thing we like is that the dining room is open from 7 AM until 7 PM so people can eat when they are hungry. They also have a Happy Hour with wine and appetizers Monday through Friday. Monthly they have theme dinners and parties. There are dozens of activities and the show movies several nights a week. There is a fitness center which is run by Angela who is always so encouraging to all residents. She has gotten my dad up and moving again and we just can't believe it!When we were considering Quail Ridge, we toured other Assisted Living facilities in OKC and Edmond. One thing that particularly impressed us is management's philosophy: "The answer is yes... now what is the question?" They found a way to accommodate all of our needs and not being run by a big corporation has definitely made a difference. They are adding on to their building and will open a Memory Care unit in October. Then there will be an additional new wing next year with underground garage, tornado safe room, and swimming pool. Many of the residents are still quite sharp and very active. That was another big plus to us. It is not a typical assisted living! We would highly recommend Quail Ridge to anyone.
I have bqeen living here for 5 years and can honestly say that I am very happy here.
This place is worse one I have ever seen. I worked there and they never brings supplies on time. One day I have to go around entire building to find wipes to clean feces. They become too active when there is a surveyeres in the building. And after that went to sleep for a week. Poor management, favouritism valued more than people who works hard. I m glad I left this facility for better opportunity. They will hire the person from the street to work without any drug test or background check.
Prairie Springs Shameful Behavior = > the landscaping company working on the Prairie Springs, Oklahoma City property damaged my car while chopping trees/branches. When I asked them about the damage they told me they did not do it and in the same breath told me I should contact apartment office. It was surprising to notice that the only trees that had their branches down on the entire property was the trees that was chopped by the landscapers. Chopped branch versus branch broken by wind is very easy to distinguish. When I spoke to the apartment office they asked me to file an incident report, almost admitting to the damage. I promptly filed the incident report. The apartment office also asked for pictures of damaged car and an estimate for repair. I complied with their requirement within a week. The company did not respond for several days. When I followed-up, they continued sand bagging saying talk to him/her, will call you back, call next-day......blah...blah.......When I was relentless, they told me they would not pay for it and neither would they reveal landscaping company’s information. I incurred $1200 in repair cost.I wondered what Prairie Springs was trying to do, by initially admitting to the damage, not sharing the landscaping company’s information and finally not paying for it.It was a highly irresponsible, shameful, scamming and cheating behavior of Prairie springs and CaseUSA property Management Company. I would never recommend this nasty place to anyone.
Moving into the Village at Oakwood has benefited my husband and me all the way around. It is a beautiful place to live in. The administrator has helped me to get multiple service and into other programs that have been helpful to us. I was having financial trouble and the administrator recommended me to a rep-payee service. The rep-payee service takes care of my finances, and keep me current on my bills. I have referred them to people because they do a great job. It was becoming difficult for me to manage my medication. I no longer worry about getting all my medication because the staff at the Village at Oakwood assists me with my daily medications. My biggest relief of all is I no longer have to worry about cooking, the Village at Oakwood provides my meals. Activities are always in session, the administrative staff is very helpful, and the residents are friendly. I really like how the administration solves all my problems.
