Currently, I am in the middle of the series of treatments on my right knee (I'm to have 28, and I've had seven so far....three the first visit; four the second. The earlier reviewer described the procedure accurately. I'm scheduled for four more this week. I have experienced a remarkable change in my knee as well as in my ability to walk without any pain much of the time. Dr. Ellis stated on my last visit that such a quick improvement was not usual, but he was pleased I was feeling so much better. While I'm not yet 100%, I would easily be able to live with what I now have, if this is as good as it gets. And if improvement continues to happen, I will be very satisfied. I read all the comments about the legal situation he's had in the past--this was after my first round of treatments--and it did give me pause before I returned. But so far things are going very well. I'll continue with treatment to completion, if I need it. He had indicated that, should I feel the knee was up to the level of comfort I needed before finishing the 28 treatments, I could choose to stop with no penalty and without having to pay for treatments not received. Dr. Ellis now uses a payment program called Care Credit, which is interest-free for up to 18 months. (After that, interest goes up to over 20%, so it's best to pay it off as quickly as possible!)
(63rd clinic) I have had an emergency situation with my son and myself and I got in quickly for the appontment, the registration was simple, the people were awesome. The Dr. was great and didn't try and push meds, she actually wanted to wait and see how things progressed. I have had to see specialist and that was done quickly. My lab work was back within 3 days and i was called back. I love this place and the people I worked with and would recommend them....They were awesome....the only thing i have had issues with is calling the number and asking questions and the people answering the phone having no clue what things are covered. I mean if I am telling you what is covered how come you can't either look it up or something. IF you work there you should have a guideline book of basics, I wasn't asking in depth questions....
let me first by saying that Dr. Amayem is the only doctor i have ever had that can put an iv correctly into my arm without missing multiple times. when you walk in you can tell it is an extremly busy office, but seriously who wants to go into a doctors office that is empty. I have been a patient of Dr. Amayems for years, and after my many procedures and scheduled visits i can say i would wait for eternity to be able to see Dr. Amayem and get his expert clinical advise regarding any pain i am feeling, or to get an injection there is no doctor in Oklahoma that is as professional or has the expertise Dr. Amayem has. i highly recommend visiting AA spine center if you are needing a pain specialist.
I wish we had used Crossroads for the last 6 months instead of another hospice (that also begins with a "C"). We only had Crossroads for about 24 hours as inpatient hospice in the hospital before dad passed away, but I was very impressed. They knew he was fragile and immediately activated their "Even More Care" program to have one of their team in the room with him at all times until he passed. It was a comfort to know that if family wasn't there, a compassionate person would be with him. Crissy and Fran were very sweet and comforting. I would definitely recommend interviewing Crossroads if you are researching hospice care.
Dr. Govett is absolutely amazing! My husband and I loved the fact that he was so confident in what he was doing. We had problems with outlet daughter for years. We took her to the family doctor at least 2-3 times a month with allergy problems and he kept telling us to give her allergy medicine after allergy medicine and nothing worked. We finally decided to take her to a specialis (Dr. Govett) he suggested we put tubes in her ears and take her adenoids out and we have not had a problem since. We love how caring he was with us and made sure we understood every little detail!
Front clerk was stuffing her mouth with food when I walked in, had crumbs all over her face. Asked to insure they were in network and I was told they couldn't tell me that, that I had to check with my insurance company myself. I have been to plenty of health facilities that can tell you if they take your plan or not. Felt that she was too lazy to check. Could be wrong, but all the other places I have been to in the past year have been more than able to tell me if they were in my network for coverage or not. Very unprofessional and not very courteous!
on behalf of my family, we would like to thank you for the wonderful care given throughout the past 13 months. We couldn't have asked for better care given by Teri and Shelly. Thier personalities just matched our mothers. I appreciate the care they also gave to to my sister as the care giver. thank you again for usuing your gift of careing.
On two different occasions, our family has used Choice Home Health Care. Both times their tem has showed professionalism, compassion, promptness and a great attitude. We would never think of using another home health care company and we recommend Choice to all of our friends and neighbors.
Upon arrival into the office the receptionist welcomed me and made me feel right at home! That is when I knew I had found the right office for me! After speaking to the doctor I was even more convinced that he was my guy. This place exudes one thing for me... Home.
I went to see Dr. Kuhn due to a problem with my voice. Dr. Kuhn and his staff were exceptional. With one visit, he accurately diagnosed my condition and issued a treatment plan which corrected the problem. I would recommend Dr. Kuhn to anyone.
