Went in to purchase a new refrigerator as mine was on it's last leg or so I thought. Before Tobey would show me any refrigerator she asked me what was wrong with mine. I told her and she said while she would love to sell me a refrigerator I could fix mine for less than $50.00. Told me the part to buy and how to fix it. You can't get more honest than that!! The building is clean, nicely lit and customer service was excellent!! I will be back to buy a garage box and any other appliance I need to replace.

The invoicing from this company is horrible, I received three invoices in the mail today, one dated 4/4/16 and the other two dated 4/5/16. Today is 5/10/16 which means all three invoices are already past due and I haven't even had a chance to process them. We have also been paying rent on things that had apparently been lost, after 6 months of rent we realized what was happening and gave them a call. Even though these items were small and inexpensive we have paid for them 10 times over through rent but what did they do? They credited us for one month rent and then charged us for the items. What ever happened to checking for all equipment when it was returned and mentioning at that time the items lost and then just bill for them instead of continuing to charge rent and wait for us to question it? That's shady business, how long would they have let that continue? I guess we will never know. I will be encouraging our crews to find another company to rent from.
I purchased a washer and dryer set and within a couple weeks the washer had quit working. I called the store and they honored their warranty with absolutely no problems. My washer and dryer are currently still working great. If I ever need anything else this will be the place I go!
The Problem:I purchased a very nice refrigerator with some very small (almost unnoticeable blemishes), everything worked while it was in the store, and I was told I have a 90 day policy. After delivery and set up, the freezer was not cooling and both ice makers stopped working and then they brought a loaner and took my refrigerator to repair.The Ugly:When you call the store for updates on your item being repaired, they are back and forth, whoever answers gives whatever knowledge they may have off the top of their head, inconsistent information, poor customer service, poor communication, no ability to schedule pick/drop off effeciently. The Good:They do follow up, they back their product, Tobey ( the daughter) is very nice, follows up, does her best, and it seems like they are making an effort to have some customer service. Follow up on Previous Review:To the person with the roaches - For all the horrified reviewers, I did not have any problems with bugs of any type.
