Was delivered a sectional a week ago. Told it was "like new". It smelled of smoke, had a large rip in one of the cushions and stains and several snags. They assured me it would go through a cleaning process and inspection. I was lied to. Marshal, the store manager, after I called him, told me they would deliver a new one yesterday. I waited all day. Never received a phone call. They never showed up.

I have bought several things from them and paid them off. My only complaint is if you do not go in or pay online on the due date they start harassing you several times a day. I mean come on once a day calling is enough. And also start calling everyone that you listed down as a reference immediately. Gice me a break

I've leased and paid in full both my living room and bedroom sets. My experience with them the entire time was wonderful. They always worked with me if I had to pay late and their furniture is of good quality. Of course you're going to pay interest as if you would if you were leasing a car or house. They only show up at your door if you don't pay and don't communicate with them like a car dealership would repo a car. They are super convenient for those with bad credit or for person's like myself who can't afford to buy an entire furniture set upfront in cash. Just yesterday I returned to lease a brand new stove that they didn't have in stock. Although I came in right before closing, he called everywhere that might have that stove, and sure enough, he found one! Paper work and the delivery schedule was handled right then and there. They always go out of their way to help! Those who say that they have bad customer service are those who are irresponsible who don't make their payments and expect to keep the merchandise for free.
