I am sharing this because I rely heavily on reviews when I am searching for a service of any kind. I want to share our honest experience. It happens to be a very negative one. I would give 0 stars if I could. We had the worst experience with Mill Creek Carpet & Tile on North May Avenue. We ordered all new flooring for our house, both carpet and tile. I will say the carpet guys came and installed without a hitch. Our problem was with the tile. Bottom line, a job that should have taken a week, or two tops, took 4 months to complete. There were so many issues along the way, they installed chipped tiles, the grout lines were (and still are) really low, they grout color was everything from a very light gray to a dark brown depending on where you looked, the color we had picked was Earth, a medium brown, there is lippage that you actually catch your feet on. They cut tile inside the house so everything was covered in a thick layer of tile dust, we had to have a cleaning company come in after everything, we have changed the filters twice now and they are still catching dust. They sent crew after crew to fix things and it seemed that every new day brought a new issue. They moved our washer out of the way and in doing so broke the knob, (a $200 a fix), which we were reimbursed for, but the big thing, is that they tried to glue the knob back on and put the washer back and hope we didn't notice, I noticed when my washer knob was pointed to "Delicate" but the light for "Heavy load" was on, then it popped off and a big fat glob of glue was on it. They cut tile in the driveway and cut INTO the concrete with the saw, my phone charger and my raybans vanished. They completely destroyed our thresholds. Once they laid the tile the thresholds were too tall and the doors wouldn't close, so they literally took a hammer and beat them flat. It looked horrible and there were gaps between the floor and the doors big enough for bugs to come into the house if they liked. I'm sure I am forgetting something, but hopefully you get my point. It was a long horrible experience, I hope that nobody else has this much trouble trying to upgrade the floors in their home

I have bought two different types of carpet from Millcreek the first one wish for my kitchen and with chocolate brown something I didn't even choose so I talk to a manager and got another type less than a year I mean it just looks like s*** worst carpet that I have ever seen very bad if I was anybody out there I would not choose Mill Creek I would go somewhere else before I would go to this place very very very dissatisfied and embarrassed by other people that has looked at my carpet and the person that I have talked to I think her name is Jennifer.
Lousy service, will be a week since paidd in full , delivery promised, didn't show, no call. Promised time 8:00am , came at 11:00 left for lunch! Told yesterday would be here at noon to complete ( 5 days in the process of flooring 2 rooms) didn't show , no call( " been busy") now , possibly, tomorrow . Totally unacceptable. (
If you want to feel bad about spending your money somewhere, this is your place. Extremely poor customer service. Customer must follow up on everything. Very willing to charge you but less than enthusiastic about delivering. Look elsewhere.
Theo Parker was EXCELLENT to work with -- we just can't say enough good things about him.He did everything he said he would, and we LOVE our new flooring and new quartz countertops.Fantastic!
I have been dealing with them for several months on a claim that was filed on a very expensive floor we purchased. It was sold to us as being the newest....greatest flooring. I had an adjuster come out to look at the floor and he told me it would be a week maybe two before he filed his report. He stated if I had not heard anything by then to call ProSource. I have called several times and dealt with Melissa who has been more than helpful trying to get info however when I called today Melissa referred me to Marilyn because she is the account rep. She tells me she has been out but that I need to talk to Harold because he is the manager. I state that I feel like all I am getting from them is the run-a-round and she just said yeah and sends me to Harold's voicemail who is "no surprise" not available to talk. We shall see if he calls back and when/if he does I will update my review.
***BEWARE***This Business will rip you off. They have horrible customer service. DJ Lee is so full of himself and thinks he knows everything but everyone knows he only has a job because his mama owns the business and she is to stupid to see how incompetent DJ is. I only give it a one star because you have to rate it and that is the lowest rating possible.
THE YOKELS CAME TO MY APARTMENT TO SET DOWN TILE. WHILE IN MY APARTMENT, THEY DEMOLISHED COMPLETELY TWO 125 YEAR OLD ANTIQUE CHAIRS. THEY REFUSE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THESE BUMBLING IDIOTS AND CRIMINALS. STAY AWAY FORM THESE CRIMINALS.
Mark Swank is incredibly helpful and insists on top quality installations. Great variety. Very experienced team and very fair pricing. Glad to have them as a resource.
I will start by saying most people that review businesses have complaints. There are probably many satisfied customers of this business. I spent 3 months after my carpet was installed to try and get Mill Creek to respond to my concerns about the installation. This included 2 calls to the company president, Jack Rodden. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card and Bruce from the north Oklahoma City location scheduled our carpeting to be redone on a Friday after 3:00 pm. By 7:00 pm, it was evident that no one was coming. I was done with Mill Creek. My credit card had the charge reversed and I was okay with the status quo. Then I received a bill from Mill Creek for the full amount, so I contacted them again. After 3 months, I finally got someone responsible from Mill Creek to come look at my carpet. He explained that my 25 foot hallway had to be laid the way it was because the rolls are 12 feet long which left me with two seams in the middle of the hall a foot apart. I accepted that it was probably the best it could be, but complained that had I been told this even before installation or when I first expressed concern, I would not have gone through all the trouble I did to get Mill Creek to pay attention to me. He was cordial but all he could offer was an apology since he concluded that there was no real problem. What he didn't understand is that I had a perceived problem that could have been taken care of very easily but I was pretty much ignored by Mill Creek except from their billing department.
