Fitness 19 casady square is a rip-off. They over charged my card twice. And when asked for a manager they always say there's never one available. I've had a membership with them for a year and due to a shoulder injury haven't been able to work out. And not once have anybody ever called and asked why I haven't been in the gym do I want to continue my membership because I haven't been in the gym they're just all about the money and the supervisor that's over their facility name Trevor is very disrespectful and need to learn how to speak to customers that is basically paying his salary I would not recommend anyone to this gym I will be canceling my membership ASAP!!!!!!!
Clean, casual, excellent toning table workout. You can work at own pace. No pressure. You can come anytime you want.
Updated 1/19/17After Almost seven years of members, I just had the worst customer service experience in my life. OM came screaming on the floor that needed to pay my yearly membership fee before I could workout & asked me to get off the machine. 1. Never in the 7 years have I been asked to pay a yearly fee. 2. Yelling and screaming private account issues across a busy gym floor is rude, disrespectful, and tacky! 3. I don't recall a first, second, or third notice of changes to my account? 4. In the past if there was ever a billing issue someone from sales would call & address it privately. Not extort a member into paying a new unknown "late" fee & "yearly" membership fee. 5. What does my approved month fees of $100 cover? 6. You draft biweekly for 7 years, are you not approved to charge the yearly fee to the same card I pay the membership. 7. I asked to speak with a GM 16 times to be told I couldn't speak with them. 8. Your OM needs to learn BASIC customer interactions skills (1. Never yell at a customer. 2. Inform me of the issue & it could have been taken care of upon exit. 3. When a customer ask for a manger and you are one (they mean your boss!) 4. Never start with you can't enter a facility until this is paid. 5. Don't interrupt a workout! I'd denote her to cleaning staff, she doesn't need to interact with customers; with her rude demeanor & lack of customer service. Gladly leaving to join different gym!
I have been going to this location for close to 2 years and have never had a single complaint.Can't beat the price and they have all the equipment I need, and they even expanded about 9 months ago which has made things much more spacious. Its always clean and the staff is super friendly.Also the management is very professional and always doing walkthroughs to make sure everything is going smoothly. Love 10 gym South!!
GYM MEMBERS BEWARE! The staff here like to video members while they work out, then turn around and post these videos/pics on snapchat, facebook, instagram making fun on people while they work out. One staff member named David Ward thinks its funny to ridicule an older member because he wasn't "squatting" all the way down. That guy has been a member for YEARS, obviously there is a lack of privacy and respect. I had emailed the gym and their corporate office last week about this issue, was hoping that they would resolve it and at least communicate some sort of concern. As of today, no one has contacted me or this gentleman, and as far as I know nothing has been done. I will be cancelling my membership, if they video tape people out in the open who's to say they don't do that in the locker room, or other places? The staff are unprofessional, always on their phones, taking selfies of themselves in the mirror, or sitting on desk whenever I come check in. Ridiculous.
I've moved, and haven't used this membership in over a year. I was on a month to month membership, NO CONTRACT. I called to cancel, and they are telling me I have to pay for 30 days ahead of the date I cancel? Absolutely ridiculous, and all they would say is read my contract, but refused to email / mail / fax me a copy of it. It's not about the money, but the principal. Horrible customer service, I'll never use or recommend them in the future.
Started looking for a gym for a bigger size lady like myself, went to a few of the national chains and really felt uncomfortable. I got a free pass for Mademosele and tried it. The average size woman there was not a tiny 20 year old. They said they offer free personal training, so I tried them on a month to month deal. I can now say I am hooked. Classes I take do not make me feel uncomfortable and I feel i can use any of the equipment and pool without feeling like I don't fit in. I do use the free personal training and while she helps me she helps others as well, I feel like I have a chance now to lose some weight and not be treated like an outsider, I'm glad I found Mademoisele.
I love this gym! I've been going for about 2 years, now. I added a kid zone package about a year ago and my 1 year old loves going, while I work out. The kid zone staff is very professional and come and get me if they need me at all! Love them and when my second baby comes, I'll add him to the kid zone package as well. ☺️
Awesome place! These guys are so great at teaching the kids! Can't beat the free WiFi for parents either!
