Dr Sacket is great, but they kept me for two months with very slow referral. My situation became very bad and I went to another provider and I was given referral same day and am having a procedure soon.

Charles Pollard is the ultimate professional! He is so thorough, caring, and takes time to listen. He totally followed up on a serious complication I endured until cured.
I'm really happy about the care I received from this place! I really liked that I could get everything taken care of in one building rather than going to several different doctors all over the city. The staff and doctors were always really friendly. I'm feeling 110% better!
Great facility and team. From the minute you walk in, you feel like the team is there to take care of your issues and get you back to your life prior to the accident. Highly recommend seeing them after a wreck.
The ladies at Select Physical Therapy on Rockwell helped me recover in 2013 after shoulder surgery for a torn biceps tendon and torn labrum. The first day of therapy was 6 weeks post-op and I couldn't move my arm at all because it had been immobilized for so long. The therapists were gentle and patient but provided the right level of challenge to get that wimpy shoulder going again. When rehab was finished, the shoulder was as good as new, and it has not caused any pain or limitation since. I am grateful for the compassionate and professional care they provided.
This place is a joke. They are simply legal drug dealers. They don't do any kind of assessment after their initial "evaluation" and blood work. Once you but their drugs, you come back once a month to re-up and they don't even ask how you're feeling. They tell you your insurance will reimburse you with the receipt they give you but my insurance has submitted a request for confirmation from them twice and they will not respond. They are just drug dealers.
You should AVOID this place at all cost. They will put a lien on your insurance money and attempt to collect more than even the insurance company policy will allow. Theives
They did a real good job for me. The ER referred me there and they took care of everything. Even held my bills until State Farm paid my case out. Real happy with them. If I get in another car wreck I will definitely use them again.
In or about April of this year, after two years as his patient, I made a request to Dr. Valuck to be taken off muscle relaxers for a few months because they were starting to lose efficacy. I'd been off them a month or two when I had a consult with an osteopathic surgeon on May 10, who said I needed to be back on them. I told him I was under contract with Dr. William Valuck, that I could only get enough medicine to last until my next appointment with Dr. Valuck, and that, per Dr. Valuck, I'd need a note about the prescription to bring to Dr. Valuck. I was given the note, and I took that note to Dr. Valuck's office at my regular monthly appointment a week later. They made a copy and put it in chart. I saw Dr. Valuck, told him how my visit with the surgeon went, let him know that I'd gotten a partial script from the other doctor and that I’d brought him a letter, as he'd requested of his patients since he was back at Vista Medical, and that the note was in my chart at the front desk. He okayed everything, wrote my new monthly scripts, including one for muscle relaxers for my spine, put the scripts in my file, carried it to the front desk and handed it to them. They made copies, gave me the originals, and I left. I didn't question Dr. Valuck or take any notice of what he'd given me. No need for me to question my doctor of two years, or second guess what his level of authority is at his practice. Further, when it comes to medications, even if doctors overlap, pharmacies keep track, allowing patients to fill certain prescriptions only at certain times, never early. I was seen again by Dr. Valuck on June 13 at a rate of $165.00. He again wrote my usual prescriptions, with refills, and carried my file to the front desk. They made copies, and I left. The following day, on June 14, I rec'd a letter by mail dated June 12, the day BEFORE they saw me and took my money for the second time since I'd seen the orthopedic surgeon. The letter was one of dismissal from the clinic, citing *a broken contract.* When I called and all but forced the details out of them, because I truly didn't know what they were talking about, they referred to my May visit with the surgeon and my partial script from him, saying *Dr. Valuck doesn't have the right to give you permission to get medicine from another doctor, or to get a letter from another doctor. * I asked how I was supposed to know that since I was the PATIENT, and I had been following my doctor's orders. I have never doctor shopped or lied or manipulated any physician or clinic. I went to the same pharmacy for both fills, and the pharmacist made sure to tell me the date when I could fill the new script. Nothing was overlapped or exceeded any law. Still, I was blamed for my doctor's judgment call, for his writing of a prescription for me, and for his failure to adjust the new script to accommodate the previous one. I was all but spat at over the phone, then hung up on. www.facebook.com/advancedcaremedical
I had been looking for a regular massage therapist when a friend gave me a gift certificate to OK Health Solutions. After visiting several "chain" spas, I was beginning to think I would not find the balance of therapy and relaxation I was looking for. I couldn't be more pleased with Don Greene and OK Health Solutions! Don has provided relief from the lower back pain I have suffered with for years.
