I come into Nike alot, but today was a unusual experience for me, but the way KJ kept it together and still gave me excellent customer service with a smile on her face I was impressed. I enjoy coming to the store when she is in the men's department or fitting room. She even remembers my name and always goes above and beyond to make sure my kids and I are satisfied.. Thanks KJ for all your help and keep smiling. You rock...
Tried to order KD shoes for my son....they were out so they ordered them for me.....they never showed up and my order got misplaced or shoes were sold and never got delivered. After several calls promised they would deliver but they never came.. ...management is completely incompetent. Can't even get shoes ordered for a customer.....terrible customer satisfaction. What A Waste Of My Time!!
Took wife in for shoes after hearing they were the place to go. She has plantar fasciitis. Guy didn't have her size (6) and said she needed a 7. She said. I, but he insisted it was needed. Well $200 wasted... New shoes sitting in closet because she tried to wear, and no returns on shoes worn. No better than Payless shoes.. Only looking for a sale
Not worth rating. I am 61 years old and the sales associates made me feel like they thought I was going to shoplift. One told another to watch me and then she followed me everywhere, then they both watched every move I made. Could not get out of there fast enough. Felt very uncomfortable. Won't go back.

I walk in and the first lady i met was really sweet and showed me around. Another comes out, very rude, terrible customer service. They never have anything you're wanting in the store. Always having to order them. I was trying on some shoes and she immediately takes them away when I wasn't done with them. It was between two shoes I wanted that I was trying to make my mind up and she would rudely rush me. Its what I want and how I want it. Other customers and I are the reason you're even getting paid... shame. what a joke

Go shoe shopping some where else. I went in to exchange my daughters boots and when the transaction was complete I went and found my husband and kids in the store. I had a Shoe Carnival bag with the boots inside as I walked around looking for them. A worker saw me and looked, I kept doing my thing and finally found him. I go over to a shoe section to look at little girl shoes and this same lady follows me over there. Then, all of a sudden another worker came out of no where and asks me if I have an exchange. I said no then she goes into asking me if I would like for her to hold my bag up front. I said no! We walk around more and I'm on the search for my baby's lost glove when out of no where her comes another. My husband picks out two pairs of shoes and we proceed to the check-out. Over the loud speaker we kept hearing "Loss and prevention to the front" Why? Those bastards were trying to imply that I was attempting to steal. I know how to read between the lines. Wow...I am going to steal something when I did an exchanged and not to mention my husband is purchasing 2 more pairs. Then at the check-out the cashier was trying to stall our purchase all the while calling over the speaker for loss and prevention. A customer calls and she says to them, well she's busy because we have a situation in the store; what's the situation? When we left my husband mentions their actions and prayed that they would say something so he could jump all down their throats. What a shame. I will take my business to other shoe stores. Carnival does not deserve my business. They do not know how to treat customers of all kinds.
You are taking a BIG risk if you buy here! I accidentally ordered the wrong size online, so I figured it would be no big deal to request a change before it ships out (as this is standard practice for any legitimate/reputable business interested in keeping customers). They were not willing to do an exchange, even though the shoes had not yet shipped and my transaction was still pending! "It is our policy that we are unable to cancel orders once we have received payment for them. We have hundreds of orders in process and are unable to go through all of them to cancel a specific one." They insisted I wait to receive it in the mail, and pay for the return shipping!
