Affordable Door just replaced my Garage Door opener and keypad, plus insulating my garage doors. I could not be more pleased with the work and the finished product. The workers were very efficient, professional and respectful of my home. Also they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. If you have a need for a new Door, opener or repair I would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys for a great job!
Wonderful crew! Needed my garage door torsion spring replaced and originally went through Home Depot. So glad Home Depot led me to Windsor. Went to Home depot late on a Tuesday evening, Windsor called me (Thank you Megan) early Wed and set up a service time for Thursday early afternoon. A very special thank you to Reyes H. & Tomas for their excellent customer service and professionalism. I would have these guys come to my house again anytime! In the future, for anything doors, siding and/or windows, without a doubt, I will contact Windsor! THANK YOU!!
I have used Affordable Door, both as a REALTOR and a homeowner and I have used this company multiple times for repairs and installs and have never been disappointed. I feel like they are honest and fair on their pricing and are able to get out pretty quick. I will use them again in the future.
This rating is not based on their work but 4 missed opportunities to gain a loyal customer. I had a simple garage door opener repair job scheduled through Home Depot. Their misses are: 1. Not showing up at the scheduled time frame (morning), 2. Not calling (Meagan stated she left a message but I think not!), 3. Not getting the job by end of day, and 4. Not accommodating my schedule when the work had to be rescheduled. Meagan contacted me on Monday and stated I could have the garage door replaced on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. I had already scheduled off work Wednesday so I thought, this is going to working out well. Meagan even gave me the choice of morning or afternoon so I chose morning. After moving tools and supplies out of the garage and finishing general cleanup around 8:15, I waited, …….and waited, ………and waited. At 11:00 am I contacted Esther at Home Depot to get an ETA. Why Esther instead of Meagan? My payment is to Home Depot. I consider them the general contractor and Windsor the sub. If there is a problem, the general contractor needs to know. Esther contacted Windsor and relayed their message. A job was taking longer than expected and they would be out that afternoon. I told them truthfully I had an appointment at 3:30 I would rather not reschedule and asked for more detail than “afternoon”. After discussing with Windsor, Esther said they would complete the job before 3:30. I called Home Depot at 3:30. Esther was busy but one of her colleagues contacted Meagan. So this big Windsor job is still taking longer than they thought and Meagan wants to reschedule for 9:30 – 10:00 am the next day, something I cannot do because I did not request another day off. Meagan also stated she left me a voice mail. Funny, no voice mails on my phone and she had no problem contacting to schedule the job. Awfully odd don’t’ you think? I then requested Windsor accommodate my schedule, tomorrow at 5:30 pm, the earliest I can get home from work. This is the least they should do for not showing up the entire day. The response from Meagan is they close at 5. And here is the best part. On their website, “We pride ourselves on accommodating our clients.” Really? Perhaps those they are making a hefty profit from but if you just want a garage door opener replaced, choose a company that means what they say and keeps their appointments! I canceled the service through Home Depot and will install myself.
Kevin Harrington and company are the most awesome door company in Oklahoma. With superior service and products coupled with professional conduct you have the making of an affordable solution to any of your door needs. I am a customer for life.
Had a busted windshield called them up and they were very professional and their prices were low compared to other competitors on Southwest 29th I recommend this location by far good service and excellent prices!
Haven't used yet. Want to, but the African American N-word issue needs to be addressed. Would like to see company respond.
It is refreshing to see a company that is honest and dependable. I thought that I needed a new garage door open. The technician informed me that it was just some loose wires and that I did not need a new garage door. He could have lied and said that I need a new opener, but he did not. Thanks so much for the honestly. I will definitely use them again. I would recommed this company to anyone!!!
Affordable Door Co. serviced my door 2 years ago replacing a busted torsion spring. So when my door wasn't running right during the blizzards of 2011, and finally popped off its tracks this morning, I KNEW who to call. And I had a repeat experience of EXCELLENT SERVICE, professionalism, and friendly honesty. This company does things the proud Oklahoma way. No corporate crap about it. They are trustworthy and excellently priced. And their 1 yr warranty on their workmanship assures me that if something should go wrong, they'll be right on it. Even in the -10 degree blizzard conditions of today! You would do well to take your business to Affordable Door Co.
Stop calling shopping around for price estimates, because these are the boys you need to be doing business with. I had a broken Torsion spring, and called these guys (among others). Their prices were by far the best, and the previous customer reviews convinced me that they were good at what they do. I gratefully add my praise to the previous reviewers. They scheduled a same-day repair, arrived 5 minutes early, and were done with the repair in 15 minutes. They were courteous, professional, and pleasant to speak with. Not only did they do the speedy repair, as a courtesy they lubricated the wheels and spring, examined and adjusted/tightened the nuts/bolts, checked to make sure my sensors were secure and aligned, and made sure the entire system was given a little extra TLC for no extra charge. The door works more efficiently and quietly than it ever has since we've lived here. These guys are a local business, not a national corporate beast who doesn't care about the customer. These guys are ALL about good ol' customer service and doing the right thing to make and keep a loyal customer. After placing a business magnet on the inside of my garage door, and a friendly handshake, they were on their way.As a side note, because their office secretary was on vacation, they were not able to call in my VISA to collect payment. After doing the repair, they said I could call and pay next week when their secretary is back from vacation. They are true to their word, and trust their customers will also be true to theirs. You can't find businessmen like this very often. 5 stars! Thanks guys!
