I have taken Ardie to Lucky Dog Lodge about 8 times for grooming and boarding twice a year when we take a vacation from 3 to 8 days. He comes home relaxed, happy and no weight loss or stomach issues. He always is happy to be left there with no anxiety responses. They really do give them attention. Love and outdoor playtime. It makes a difference. I always take his toy and blanket. My Ardie is 12 and I worry but there is no need. I highly recommend this facility. Terry Munda

I just wanted to make people aware that this groomer Dana stole pictures of colored dogs and are claiming them as her own work. I personally know the competition groomer who did this work and two of those dogs belong to her. I would not trust her with your furbabies! I've also never heard of a "school for master groomers."

She posts stolen photos of other groomers dogs. 15$ groom is no deal you get what you pay for.

This groomer steals pictures of other groomers work and tries to pass it off as her own. Would you trust such a fraud with your precious baby? Beware!! Who knows what other kinds of unethical things this woman does.

This person has posted pictures of dogs claiming she is the one to have done all that gorgeous work. I know for a fact she didn't do the work as I know the owner of the dogs who is a groomer herself. Stay away!!! Fake!!!!!

I purchased a 4 night boarding stay for my pet through a promotion this company was doing online. I called before I made the purchase, spoke with them and all sounded good. As soon as I made my purchase, I called back to schedule the boarding. No one will answer the phone, no voice mails have been returned. I was actually hung up on during 1 attempt to schedule my appointment. I have even tried emailing. I even drove to the place of business twice and doors were locked with signs on the door saying they were closed for the day. I do not think I could even trust this place of business now to care for my dog. Very poor service and a waste of my money

I love bringing my dog here. They always take such great care of them and the ladies are all very friendly. They truly seem to enjoy what they do and it shows. My dogs are always happy to go see them

I have been taking my dogs to the new owner for a couple of years now. Everytime I pick my one dog up he is throwing up all the way home, but that might just be him. The new owner will not call you back when you leave messages to get an appointment, then when you finally get her, she just leaves without a word to cancel your appointment. Being disabled, it is hard enough to get the dogs into the car and drive over their, let alone get them out of the car safely and in the building, but we were left just standing there as she had locked the door and left. The landlord said she is known for this. I really liked her as you didn't have to take your dogs first thing in the morning and leave them all day, but I can't put up with this. It has been 5 days now, and she has yet to call me back to explain if anything happened. The landlord had me call her dad to get ahold of her, and she wouldn't even answer his phone calls or texts. Just not very responsible or mature.
