The BBB does an excellent job of protecting the general public from businesses with less than a stellar reputation.

My vehicle was repossessed by this recovery center. I have been calling for hours and still no answer. Doesn't a business usually have set hours of operation.
I called the BBB and they said I had a legitimate complaint, and to file the complaint online. I was informed that they would contact me within fourteen days. I have called and left voice mail messages and emails. I have received no reply since I filed my complaint in October. I sure hope they are not supported with tax payer dollars. I would recommend not wasting ones time with the OKC BBB. They are not very helpful at all, if you can even get in contact with them.
Incompetant people. Using since before spring. Have dogs they know. Wont get out of truck. Wont knock on door. Tells management gate locked. I'm retired I'm home. Guranteed work. Not if you set 2 days waiting.for no shows and sometimes they'll leave a bill when they don't do anything. More weeds than started with. Want a refund girl manager will tell you to go find someone else. No manager skills and customer is never right. You should get what you pay for and actual get out of truck and take care of business you are getting paid. I have them no more cause I can't deal with people that doesn't take care of customers
this is another fine example of government waste of our money. try to get these people to actually answer the phone.
