To Mr And Mrs W., calling the IRS on an office that is merely doing what they are requiring of us under the EITC Due Diligence Act has only made the IRS acknowledge and appraise us as a company that follows proper protocol. Where the IRS has no jurisdiction over what an office charges to prepare tax returns, they do require professional tax preparers to collect information to insure that people aren't fraudulently receiving tax credits. For further information please visit IRS.GOV/EITC for the full list of IRS due diligence requirements for tax preparers. And thanks again for letting the IRS know that we are doing our job. That really helped alot.
I had a great experience. I have an account there (and so have my parents for forever), but I still shopped around for a great rate as I was buying my first home. I came back to them because they beat the rate of everyone else, and closed on the date I asked (which was about a month out so it was hard to do). They kept me informed and answered my questions. Even the closing company was impressed with the paperwork and communication!! Loved it. :) My parents had a very similar experience when they built their house four years ago. I'm a happy customer.
I have been a member since around 1967, my parents were members, my children have been members and now my grandchildren are becoming members. In the entire time of our family membership and many, many, many transactions, we have only encountered professional, knowledgeable personnel. The overall rating of OECU should be at the highest level possible. This credit union is second to none.
I loved working with OECU to buy my new SUV. The pre-qualification process was easy, they checked out an embarrassing number of VIN numbers for me and saved me from buying a seriously over-priced vehicle, and the e-sign process to finish up my loan was really convenient. There wasn't a thing about the whole experience I would change. Thanks you guys!!
Our business was making money but without proper accounting we weren't sure how much of it was actually profit. Then we decided it was time to search online for an accounting firm in Oklahoma City and came across Rick's website. Needless to say it was a great match and now we've got a real grasp of our numbers at all times!
We've had Rick and the rest of the group at Crunch Time Tax prepare our tax returns for the last two years after having an unpleasant experience with another tax accountant. I love how responsive they are to all e-mails and phone calls. Taxes are completed within a week or two and we haven't had to file an extension.
It was the easiest, most through and quickest experience I have had in a long time. Tammy was wonderfull. Everytime I called she was very patient and very helpful. Experience was great. Tammy is always there to help in any capacity that I need. OECU has been a great financial experience.
They're probably the best tax accountants I've had the opportunity to work with since moving to Oklahoma City. Whether you have a simple tax return with just a W-2 or a really complicated situation they are more than willing to help. Very organized and get the job done in a timely manner.
I give the guys working at Crunch Time Tax a ton of credit for being able to complete my income tax return prior to the deadline even though I contacted them last minute. They worked quickly, diligently, and most importantly correctly. Finally found tax accountants who I can count on!
This will be my last year to file my taxes with Jackson Hewitt. I had plans to do something special for my son and now since they were an hour late to open up I can no longer do what I had planned with my son. My time is valuable and can not be replaced by this Micky mouse bullshit
