I am not happy with how I was treated over the phone with one of Hoppis agencies. They seem to not have their stuff together to say the least. When I asked about getting the fence fixed while we were looking at it to rent it seemed completely out of question to even ask to get it fixed. So I asked if we could knock down the price on the deposit then because we will need it fixed due to us having a dog and was shot down really fastSeems like a cheap agency with a bunch of grumpy old men working within the real estate. If I could give less than a star I would because I was so disappointed due to me loving the house itself. Just couldn't trust the management
I love this locally owned brokerage!Mary and Joan are always helpful, friendly, and eager to show us properties all around the OKC metro area.
Excellent company. Honest and upfront. I have been doing business with them for 25 years. Treat others with honesty and respect, you will receive the same.
This place is utter bull. They are so rude and just downright disgusting to tenants. Cyndee the main office lady is the biggest bitch I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with she belittles tenants and acts as though everyone is beneath her whether you are a good tenant or not. Maintenance is horrendous to say the least I have had issue after issue with their guys including having a strange woman who didn't even speak english just let herself into my apartment when we didn't even have any work orders placed. Oh and God forbid you need a service animal because if so please do not ever rent from these people or you will have hell brought down on you and those around you. All in all a grotesque excuse for a business.
David has long been highly respected for his knowledge and customer service for those looking for a new home. One of the best.Scott Casey - Senior Loan Officer
Joan and Mary are both highly knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful, and truly thorough in their business dealings. Great team of Oklahoma City-based realtors and brokers.
My experience with Hoppis/Red Door OK has been disappointing at best. Hoppis adds fees that are not provided for under the contract, charges postage for mailing checks she is responsible to get to the homeowner, anything to get more for herself. In general I do not trust her to deal fairly with tenants because she has been unfair to me.

We went to this C21 to sell a house we own. We dealt with a lady named Goldie. It was not a good experience. After they listed it, several months passed and we never heard from them, so we finally called and talked to Goldie. In talking to her, we could just tell she was a little clueless about the house. After talking for several minutes, she finally admitted she had never even went and looked at the house or taken any pictures; they just had someone go by and stick a sign in the yard. She promised to be more proactive from then on out, but it never happened. We had agreed on a six month listing with them, and in all 6 months we never heard from anyone, including Goldie. I'm therefore assuming they never even bothered to show the house to anyone. For that matter, I'm not even sure if they ever actually even listed it. When the listing expired, we thought we might hear from someone. Nope, not a peep. About two months after the listing expired, they sent someone by to pick up their sign. We've never heard from them since. Needless to say, I'm not happy with their service, and I would never use them again. I certainly would never recommend them to anyone. I'm just curious to know how they stay in business if they do all of their clients this way? Bottom line, if you're looking to sell a house, find another realtor
