Watch out if you have a state ID you will get charged a "local" fee of 20 bucks per day EXTRA! NONE of which is disclosed on any off the travel websites such as hotwire, Expedia, kayak, etc. So your total per day on these websites is NOT your actual total you pay to get the car. It's just a surprise extra fee when you show up to pick up your car. It can easily double the cost of your car rental. Will NOT use Advantage again.
Flight was late. Raining. A really long business day. Everyone here was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Had my car in minutes and was given recommendations for great restaurants in the area that stayed open later. Turn in experience was exactly the same! They have a wonderful group of employees here! I'll be coming back.
If I could give 0 stars I would the over charged us and wouldn't give our money back and the cars a unfit to drive if u complain they keep ur money and take the car no corporate number the guy who works there is the owner but says he isn't do not do not waist ur money
I have rented from this location on several occasions, and each and every time the Staff and Personnel that work there have been over top with good Customer Service. A couple of weeks ago after having an auto accident, we made a phone call and Enterprise was able to accommodate us even though they were closing. We just love how they make us feel important! Keep up the Great Work!
I've been using National for over two years and to me there are top-notch. The General Manager and the people working there are great and are always willing to meet your car accommodations.
Rented car off the Executive aisle. Got a bright yellow Camaro. Very fun car, plus got 30+ miles to the gallon on 1000+ mile trip. Biggest bonus was the fuel tank range of over 500 miles. Great experience, with the added bonus of Sirius radio. Thanks National!
As a business professional who rents vehicles about 15 times a year, my experience with National has been exceptional. Decent selection, always clean, low mileage vehicles and as an Emerald Club member, the combination of the pick your car and go pick-uo policy and a return procedure that virtually takes no longer than it takes to gather your personal items and luggage is best in class, IMHO. I no longer even consider other options.
There are two Enterprise locations in Edmond. This location is on Memorial Road and I always receive good service at this location!
Like (almost) every rental experience I have had with National over the last 15+ years this one was seamless, professional and reliable in every way. Next week, like this week, will be another National car rental!
Nice vehicle, car was ready. I rented on my companies corporate account and we were billed for extra days. I had to place several calls with the Mgr. to explain that we were charged for extra days and to request that the billing be corrected. I spoke with the Mgr.-Devin last Friday and was advised that the card would be refunded. Today is Tuesday and the card still has not been refunded. I called to speak with the Mgr. and spoke with the Supv.-Brian, who called not tell me anything about the refund, nor look at my account. Each time I inquired about anything, he referred me to the Mgr. One would think a Supv. would at least offer to help and not be condescending... Disgusted and tired of calling. Great car rental if you don't have to deal with the Customer Service, or shall I say the Mgr. or Supv., because Christian and the other staff were professional and helpful.
