Went to Joe Cooper Ford to buy a car Saturday July 14th, salesman by the name of Chris the Zombie come to my car I told him we wanted to buy a car, and he said he guatantee that if i got him correct paperwork we could buy a car today, I told him I couldnt pay but 250.00 a month, he said oay we could work around the payment.we left and got all paperwork to him today july 17th tuesday and Chris called and said you can buy a car, I told him on the phone I could not pay but 250.00 Chris says come in I can get you the right payment if you here, I get there and Chris says you are doing the right thing by coming in just tell my finance manager what you can pay stick to your guns This man name Jose a mexican guy comes out rude as hell, in other words he just says payments gone be 400 a month in the beginning on saturday the payment was 350.00 then i told Jose that the car is not even worth 13,500.00 Jose states that he can sale a car for what he wants even if its not worth it Joe Cooper sales them every day. Jose was so so rude I would never recommend Joe Cooper ever this is horrible business practices to say you know the car not worth it but you can sale it for that much everyday. Then he left the table went to the back and started laughing with other employees. I am also going to better business bureau on this guy this is horrible business practices, Joe Cooper has badbad business people working there because I asked him before I came there was they gone be able to get payment down Salesman should not have wasted my time and ed to me.
Sold my husband and I car that as soon as we bought it (not even THREE days later) the AC quit working, the alternator went out, the fuses in the car go in and out, and the handle to open the car broke off. He told us nothing was wrong with it besides the seats being stained. When we talked with him about what happened, he wouldn’t offer any money back, wouldn’t let us trade it in for a good working car, nor would he even fix the problems. This place is a scam. Don’t buy anything from here—you’ll regret it.
I was quoted a price of $705 for tire replacement and alignment, replacement of the splash guard, and changing the air filter,which I approved. On 3/7, all work except for the splash guard was completed and I paid $626, which included the price of the splash guard which had to be ordered. The only thing left to pay was the labor for installing the part, estimated at $80. On 3/13 my husband returned to have the part installed. He was charged $284, bringing the total amount to $910. A 30% increase between the quoted and approved estimate, of which I was never informed or given the opportunity to consent or refuse.
I made a price deal on a new truck with the sales manager and we agreed to a price. The sales manager came out about 10 minutes later and said the general manager wouldn't let the truck go for that price. I stated we already made a deal and agreed to the price. I ended up paying about $900.00 dollars more for the truck. A deal may not always be a deal at this place. Where I come from when you shake hands and agree to a deal, then that is your word. It tells a lot about this place when they don't keep their word. They failed to tell me about hail damage on a new truck also, and so far they have not fixed it even though they said they would.
Salesman was nice, sales manager was rude.. very rude.. got the windows tinted there yesterday.. very crappy job.. gotta take it back
I sent an e-mail to my service consultant on Wed. Jan. 3 for an appointment for Friday, Jan. 5 at 8am. I arrived at the dealership and was told my consultant was off that day and Mr. Curt Wagner would help me. I told him I had an engine oil leak and need a estimate of cost for repairs and I left the auto. At 10:30am I called Mr. Wagner and was told he had no news about repairs and would call me. By 2:30pm I called Mr. Wagner and got his voice mail and left a message to call me. By 3:30PM no call back and I called and got Mr. Wagner and was told the same no information. I told him I would be in at 5pm to get the auto. I arrived at the dealership and Mr. Wagner had not gotten me a estimate and I got my auto and left. I have been a customer of Bob Howard for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly in my life. Mr. Wagner has no "customer service" skills at all and if very unqualifed to be in that position. I would not recommend Bob Howard Chevrolet.
