I couldn't believe my ears so I asked him if he was really a manager that's when he told me that he was the owner of the place and we were standing on his property( what arrogance !!) and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to cancel my monthly pass membership with Fast Lanes.I didn't believe that Dustin could possibly be the owner of that place with such lack of empathy, poor customer service and managerial skills and thought I would do some digging before cancelling my membership .I left the place while the nasty attitude employee was looking at me leaving with a smirk on his face.

So I'm not one to bash small business owners but when bad business takes place, I think it's only right that you bring it to people's attention. So I took my car to FAST LANE in Okc on Penn and had probably the worst experience ever at a car wash. So I got a full detail, which included a wipe down of the dash and everything in the car. So when finished, I tipped the person cleaning and was about to drive off when I notice that whomever was working on my car scrubbed my steering wheel so hard that my the paint on my phone/radio volume had been peeled off. So I asked for the manager and he went on a rant saying, "that it must have been damaged prior to coming in for it to be rubbed off." I told him that's bs and told him that, "I brought it to you in working condition not like this. Plus your employee knew it rubbed off and didn't tell me". So to make a long story short... he said, " I know it didn't come that way but it wasn't their fault that it came off." DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE BC MY $45 detail before tip is going to cost me $490 to fix bc of a horrible business and GM by the name of Chris! SPREAD THE WORD!!!
This was my first time there. I had noticed my car was low on fluids and it needed an oil change and a car wash.. I pulled in and informed the technician that my fluids were low and ask if they top them off . He assured me they did.. They were fast on getting the oil changed and called me out to pay and I looked at the list and everything was checked off as ok.. When I got home, I raised the hood on my vehicle and the fluids were still low and untouched. Nothing had been done except chaning the oil, I hope. They are very courteous and did a good job wiping down my vehicle but far from what I expected.. Not sure if I will return.. May share my experience on Facebook too.
The manager is very professional and extremely nice. She is very busy but yet has time to be courteous. The establishment has been there since the early 1960's, so there are some area's that need to be updated, but, the manager does the best that she can with the budget she has. There has been many updates, ie new computer monitors, and chairs and tables. I believe the mechanical parts and pins has also been updated. The restaurant has many food items to choose from and all are yummy! I am not an owner or employee, just a customer that enjoys bowling at Planet Bowling. It's a great place for a family to have fun for a reasonable price!
A dirty towel was left in my back seat after a wash the other day. I am an Uber driver and the lady I picked up right after the wash handed me the dirty towel, upset it was there. Needless to say, I got a negative rating from her, which could effectively hurt my chances of continuing to be an Uber driver. When I went back to the car wash today, I mentioned the incident to two different people, including the owner, and quite frankly neither one of them seem to care at all. I would not recommend this business.
I decided to try this car wash after the bad winter weather we had earlier this week. I pulled up to the bay and folks standing by the paying machine started offering me high end car washes. I told him that I need the basic car wash since we are expecting more winter weather. He wasn't happy and it was very much evident in his words and body language. After I reached home I noticed that they did a horrible job and most of the dirt in the back was still there. So I went back to take it to their attention and I get to talk with the same guy who helped me in the morning. He went and talked to his manager and said they can't do anything about it. They said I should have waited for the hand wipe guys to clean up. It actually won't fix it by just wiping since the dirt got mixed with water and just wiping won't do it. I told him that I'm trying this place for the first time and no one told me that they would do hand wipe. I decided to talk to the manager thinking that he would understand. Surprisingly this guy who was the manager was so arrogant and didn't even show the courtesy of anyone who works in the customer service. He started yelling at me for absolutely no reason like I did something wrong. He said he's not going to do anything about it and if I want I can pay and get another car wash. There were other people watching me along with my family with two kids. When he realized that other customers were listening, he started threatening me to leave the property. I told him that I'm going to spread the word and let others know about my experience and he was like if you dare to do that, you would face the consequences. I work for law agencies of the state and I know my rights and liabilities. Anyways, I wanted to let you all know that be very cautious if you ever decide to take your car to this place.
I would like to start off with, This Establishment has been here for decades, I found that the employees were very helpful n nice. Went out of their way to assist my group. Smelled fine, but clean. I would suggest this Establishment to other groups to have a good time here. Thank You

They do not explain about monthly recurring charges if you buy an unlimited car wash pass; and do not give you a receipt. They also do not provide refunds, even when the employee admitted that they do not always explain about the recurring charges. I will find another car wash place to go to from now on.
