I bought a bike yesterday, and the cashier was pretty unprofessional after he got busy. Granted, he had three customers and a phone call to handle, but he was clearly scatter-brained. I tried to return it today, and the cashier this time was just standoffish. I told him I just got the bike yesterday and handed him my receipt, and he told me he can't refund a bike. On the receipt, it says it can be within 30 days in like new condition. So he looks at it, walks behind the counter, and just says "no, I don't know. We can't do that." So all I said was "then you might consider changing that, because it's misleading..." He said "uhhh, we've never had a problem before." Needless to say, I don't recommend them unless you know exactly what you want and don't mind inadequate service.
My best friend was growing up buying bikes from this store, that is how I know this store. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Is one of those "No surprises" store. I don't see a reason not to go back.
This is exactly what I was looking for because I was really searching for some place who knew what they were talking about and thats what I got.It was all good info on off road biking ,what I needed.
