This NW 63rd street store has incompetent employees working the floor. You never keep a customer waiting 45 minutes to assist when you have only 3 persons in the store. You never explain to the customer your store has faulty equipment or explain you're too busy to assist them. Batteries Plus really should close this particular store because you have the poorest customer service and your employees need to be retrained.
This is my go to shop in OKC. The people that work there are great. From the moment I walked in last April, they made me feel nothing short of family. They've been that way ever since. Today was a little disturbing though. One of the managers/owners maybe? Came into the store in a rage. He walked to one of the employees and chewed his ass royally in front of me. That disappointed me. As a worker in retail, specializing in customer service, I just felt that it could have been handled a different way. He should have been taken aside and talked to privately. Does this change my opinion of this business? No. Will it affect me going back? No. I just things should have been handled differently and more professionally. Everyone at this place is amazing and I understand handling things but I just think it should have been handled differently. You go Thunder Vapor! I will always shop there and support you. Just wish things would have been handled differently.
Just answered the phone "What?" I hung up thinking perhaps the number was no longer that of a tv repair service. He called back, listed Hollinger, Susan and proceeded to tell me that's not what happened
Fast, professional, affordable. All words that I would use to review this company. I have used them on a couple of occasions and had nothing but good experiences. Would certainly recommend to someone looking.
This company provided quick and reliable service. They were out promptly to diagnose the issue and had parts ordered and in route within that same week. I would 100% use them again for my repairs.
Terrible ... The Company '' Statewide '' guy uses his wifes phone he cant even git one in his own name with there company logo on the caller ID ... It came up as '' Susan Hollinger '' I was not going to answer the phone because I did not know who it was ... Also the guy who came out did not put in all the screws to the back of the tv found two of them on the floor ... I had to screw them in myself ... The tv is still not working correct ... All Mr. Hollinger wanted to do is brag about how he went to Toby Keiths house to work on his tv ... BAD BAD BAD ...
The workers in this store are extremely rude and disrespectful. It honestly makes me sick, I've tried to bring my business to this store multiple times and every visit is absolutely awful. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone.
I was a guaranteed sale. Also an easy mark for after sale stuff. I waited and waited all time my legs in agony. I finally found a lady filing software. I asked her to call for assistance. She did but no one showed up. This is notThe Best Buy I remember.
I switched from OKC Vapes to Thunder about 4 months ago. I was having issues with liquid burning out my atomizers. I love the quality of liquid at Thunder Vapor! I've had 0 problems since switching, plus they are very helpful in all aspects of the business. Since switching, I have almost completely quit smoking, and have brought about 4 of my friends to Thunder (all of them were having similar issues at OKC Vapes), and have bought a brand new vape from them. Out of the many vape shops in OKC, this is the only one you should go!!!!
I'm a shop owner and it's pretty dam bad when I can't get one of the world leader in vehicle battery sale to warranty any of there products without trying to blame it on the car when they test the battery and there equipment says it is bad. I'll start giving all that money for batteries to ac Delco or everstart.
